Coming in from the US, I was very nervous about renting a car and the driving aspect. I choose Arnold Clark because of their esteemed reputation on TripAdvisor- my worry was what kind of damage insurance was offered. I picked up from Stirling (because I felt it would be better than starting in Glasgow), and dropped off in Inverness. The gentleman at pick-up gave me tips, and was very reassuring, calming my worry of driving. Needless to say, it was all around the best decision I made. Any other lower rated rental company would have made me more worried about repercussions, and choosing Arnold Clark really gave me confidence that me (and my 2 kids) would be safe. The trip was amazing, and pick-up/drop-off was great, and I would completely rent from them again on my next trip.
