Pros: The car was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The price was pretty good too so overall I was quite happy
Cons: The only thing I didn’t like was being pretty much forced into purchasing extra insurance despite the fact that my rental voucher stated that I was fully covered.
Cons: They request your signature on digital support but they don't even let you read it before signing! Not very friendly either. On drop off, it took me ages to find the agency 'cos it simply doesn't show on GPS and when I finally arrived there was a huge queue of people before me. Understaffed!

Pros: The transfer from and to the airport was very efficient.
Cons: It took ages to pick up the car once I got to the rental desk. The deposit for fuel(€360) and damage excess(>€2000) were ridiculous. Condition of the car was terrible. There wasn’t a panel without a dent, scratch or rust. The clutch squeaked, the gearbox was horrible and the car shuddered on the motorway. The drivers floor mat had a massive hole in it. I threw it in the boot. On return, the guy complained there was some sand in the boot!! We went to Portugal. What you do is go to the beach?!
Pros: Quick and easy service and they gave all the information needed. Car was ready for pick up and the airport pick up and drop off was very quick.
