Pros: Shuttle bus waiting at the airport on arrival so straight over to collect car, and same on return. Car was good condition and met our needs. Simple booking out process and simple hassle free return

Cons: Good overall, was offered complete damage cover as an extra that was about 500% of car rental cost, even though we had other cover

Pros: The staff were friendly

Cons: The rental company was hard to find, the mini bus is less frequent than every ten minutes and there were additional insurance charges not outlined at point of purchase. I would not recommend this company and won’t use it again. I was also given a much bigger car than requested and therefore the petrol costs were more.

Pros: Once at the collection office, the car was made available quite quickly, was advised to take photographs of the car as evidence of damage prior to driving away. REturn was very quick.

Cons: Waiting at the airport for the courtesy bus was very bad. We ended up waiting at the collection point for over 45 minutes, had to call the office and was told 10 minutes, only to find that the bus was already full with others that arrived after us. Car collection was timed for 16:00, actually picked up after 17:00. There is no obvious pre rental inspection by the company which means that if you miss some damage on collection, you stand the chance of being charged on return.

Cons: The only thing I didn’t like was being pretty much forced into purchasing extra insurance despite the fact that my rental voucher stated that I was fully covered.

Cons: They request your signature on digital support but they don't even let you read it before signing! Not very friendly either. On drop off, it took me ages to find the agency 'cos it simply doesn't show on GPS and when I finally arrived there was a huge queue of people before me. Understaffed!

Pros: The transfer from and to the airport was very efficient.

Cons: It took ages to pick up the car once I got to the rental desk. The deposit for fuel(€360) and damage excess(>€2000) were ridiculous. Condition of the car was terrible. There wasn’t a panel without a dent, scratch or rust. The clutch squeaked, the gearbox was horrible and the car shuddered on the motorway. The drivers floor mat had a massive hole in it. I threw it in the boot. On return, the guy complained there was some sand in the boot!! We went to Portugal. What you do is go to the beach?!
