Pros: Staff were very friendly and were quick to process my pickup and drop off. The car was provided with a sensor for the toll roads for a very small fee which meant we didn't have to stop at the tolls on the road.

Cons: Pickup area at the airport is crowded and finding the location of the pickup car took time

Pros: Efficient. The rep was where he said he'd be, when he said he'd be there.

Cons: Handling problems. Not entirely their fault - I was stranded with an unfixable flat tyre in a cell service dead zone. When I did finally get through (by WhatsApp msg - when satellites came in range) it still took three hours to get assistance to me and there was a lot of confusion about what was happening.
