Pros: Wow, just brilliant. Great communication, the airport pickup is straightforward and easy. Friendly, helpful staff. Cars all looked really good, I did a quick (and very reasonable) upgrade for a brand new car with no mileage one it. Loved it.

Cons: A higher excess and the toll road transponder is a compulsory extra, whether you travel on a tolled road or not.

Pros: Drop off was the polar opposite of pick up- friendly, efficient people who knew what they were doing. The car performed well and did everything we needed, so we had a really good trip.

Cons: The initial rep claimed we were not due to pick up the car until 1pm, when we arrived at 8. This is because she looked us up by first name and we are not used to that. Her manner was unhelpful as she blamed us and did not apologise for the mistake. We had also requested and paid fora gps, which we had to ask for. It had not been updated for almost 4 years, so we had to use our phone, which cost us $10 a day. No response to a concern about a warning light-managed it ourselves.

Pros: I was given a car with less than 3000 miles, great to drive and economical.

Cons: All great service from Andre and Laís. This was the best rental I had in years. Better than the known names. Staff was not rude as the other companies staff and did not push over the extra insurance. Cael was an very good surprise and will return again.

Pros: Very quick and efficient service, the car was immaculate inside and perfect for what we needed.

Cons: The only negative was the car ran out of windscreen washer fluid which I topped up with water but this was a very minor problem.
