Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English.

Cons: We waited 40 minutes for a shuttle bus from the airport to Klasswagen then another 40 minutes before we could sit down with a member of staff to do the 'paperwork'.

Pros: Return was good, pickup was horrible.

Cons: They pushed us to cancel the booking with discover cars and rebook at 3x the rate with them. The threatened with a high rate for any small damage. The car had a lot of damages and only 1/5th was on the damage sheet. Klass wagen refused to update it and kept saying it was because we booked via discover.

Pros: The return was quick

Cons: The uneccesary insurance Klass Wagen try to sell you on arrival that costs 3 times the price of the car rental and is not needed. I won't be using Klass Wagen again for this reason.

Pros: i didn't, wouldn't use them again.

Cons: How aggressive they were with upselling insurance, felt like they were going to charge me for something eventually, they still have 150 Euros on hold, so will see what happens. Would prefer to pay more for better service.

Pros: Friendly agents, complimentary collection and drop off at the airport, and a very nice vehicle waiting for us. Overall very happy with our experience!

Cons: Some delay and difficulty with our airport pick up when we arrived due to it being very busy, but otherwise great service.
