Pros: Nothing, appalling customer service!!

Cons: They gave us different information by phone to what we were told when picking the car about travelling outside Portugal and charged us a outside border travel fee for everday of the rental. The car was parked in a really dark and narrow parking, we did not managed to check the car properly plus no one helped us taking the car out. At the delivery it was a chaos with loads of guys shouting and squiding the wheels of the delievered cars...

Pros: The drop off was efficient

Cons: As above - and no apology whilst watching 3 customers pick up their keys ahead of me whilst I was left waiting as the agent tried to find the keys. Then received an email with the original vehicle condition report. The actual condition report if the replacement car was out if date & not accurate. I had to email photos of the damage to Goldcar to only receive an auto acknowledgement.

Pros: Decent car for the price and a lot better service that the last time I used them.

Cons: I did all the check-in online and still took a while to pick up the car. There has got to be a better way? The car didn’t have Apple Car play which was a joke in this day and age. Thank you Toyota!! Didn’t like having to pay for the toll tag. That really annoyed me as did not want or need it.

Cons: I have been wrongly charged for damages to the car that were already there when I collected the car at the start of the rental. This is evidenced in the check in report issued by the rental car, also documented by the pictures I took at the beginning of the rental. I still haven’t heard back from the car rental about my refund and I would appreciate if you can provide provide further support

Cons: The queue was long and slow. They have a really complicated way of upselling you into fully comp insurance, which I already paid for, and in the end it doubled my price. It was quite annoying because the same thing happened last time I got a gold car and I had forgotten until I was at the window!
