Lots of beautiful scenery and locations we visited. All the people we interacted with were very friendly and helpful.

Getting out in the wilderness was amazing. Tasmania is second to none when it comes to its natural beauty.

we went to bicheno to eat at lobster shack and see the blowhole, then joined the wineglass bay cruise in coles bay, then drove up to mt wellington while in hobart.

Had a beautiful meal at The Lavender Gardens near Port Arthur. Great Lobster bun at the Kray stand Salamanca Market. Lovely Pink Ling fish & Chips @ Lobster shack Biseno near the fantastic Blow Hole. St Helens really pretty. Amazing sceanary.

We enjoyed having a car that could accommodate our needs for travelling throughout Tasmania.

All of Tassie was wonderful,only the tough roads to and from the west coast were demanding. The car was ideal in those conditions though.

Definitely need a car as the top spots all need cars to access them, like Bruny Island, Freyinet National Park, Bay of Fires and Cradle Mountain.

Trip around Tasmania was great. Excellent walks, huge trees in large forested areas. Weather was surprisingly good. Restaurants around Hobart were great, for the rest of Tasmania they were limited in number but also good. The sea food ,oysters salmon lobster prawns was the best ever.

Easy 3-4hrs drive from Hobart to Cradle if u like nature. There are some vineyards too but an hr away from Cradle. Lotsa road kill, sadly. People need to drive slower n be more aware of wild life. Hobart is a small n chill, walkable city with some shopping n restaurants within reach. It has a nice wharf too but parking is ridiculously expensive. Drivers in the city arent the most polite.

Although the car rental company is short distance fm the airport and shuttle service is given to deliver n return car is a little inconvenient but the cheap charge rate is made up for it.

The views are amazing every where we go, it’s really breathtaking especially if you like nature then you can’t miss it. Will definitely come back to explore more but only thing is long drive but that did not stop us 😁

Tasmania has been on my travel bucket list for ages! It ticked so many boxes for me. First off, the natural beauty. I'm a sucker for dramatic landscapes, and Tassie seems to have it all – jagged mountains like Mount Wellington, crystal-clear lakes, and wild coastlines. It sounds like a hiker's paradise! Then there's the wildlife. The chance to see Tasmanian devils and waddling penguins in the wild is pretty unbeatable. Plus, Hobart itself seems like a cool, hidden gem. I love exploring cities with a rich history, and Hobart's convict past intrigues me. From what I've read, Salamanca Place with its sandstone warehouses sounds charming, and I can't wait to wander the waterfront and soak up the atmosphere. And let's not forget the food scene! Fresh seafood and local wines – my taste buds are already watering! Tasmania seems like the perfect blend of adventure, history, and delicious eats – the ideal combo for a first-time visit.

We planned for doing the cruises, seeing the sights and enjoying the beauty of Tasmania. It didn't disappoint. The cities with their hilly terrain were picturesque. The narrow winding roads were a challenge but beautiful all the same.

Been to Hobart several times. Enjoyable & relaxing.

The Outlander was too large with poor visibility for city driving

The beauty of Tasmania is awe inspiring, so much to see, and one week is not enough. We spent most of our time in the Port Arthur region.

Tasmania is so beautiful

Bruny Island a disappointment. The hotel was the only eating place for dinner. No coffee cafe. Bugger all to do. Oysters excellent. Overrated. Otherwise Tasmania was very interesting

It was a very reliable car. Thanks to you, it was a perfect trip.

Nature spots,

Our accommodation was excellent, we also tried glamping tents which were beautiful and the grounds of camp site clean and very well maintained. Just gorgeous scenery, good roads and we loved the historical centre and homes in Hobart.

We travelled from Hobart to Cradle Mt., up to Launceston, over to Coles Bay, down to Port Arthur and back to Hobart...sensational!

Wonderful holiday travelling around Tasmania

Great drive up through the central highlands and western tiers. Took advantage of various trips on offer such as Tasman Island cruise - saw multiple whales, Tahune adventures - rafting, airwalk and cable hang gliding, Meander Wilderness Adventures.

2 weeks in and around Hobart. Saw heaps from Port Arthur to Hastings Caves, from New Norfolk to Richmond, from the top of Mt Wellington to a cruise on the Derwent. WOW.

It was Good all around Tazie.

We drove around Hobart and Launceston and visited Tasmanian Devil Unzoo, Port Arthur Historic Site, and Cataract Grove.
