Rental car supplier provides a free transfer Shuttle service from the Airport to their Rental office situated close by. You will receive an SMS text 24 hours prior to your pickup time with an active link to the Shuttle requesting system. To order your Shuttle, click the link in your SMS after you have collected your bags or cleared customs if you are arriving Internationally. Shuttle bus drivers will respond to your request, and you can use the system to also get walking directions on how to get to the shuttle collection point. Client to return back to the office within office hours to receive a shuttle back to the airport. Last shuttle service will run 15 minutes prior to close. When returning outside office working hours customers are to park the car on the slip road beside the office, lock it and put the key in the top mail box, it will then be the customers responsibility to make their own way to the airport terminal.

Once you have landed and collected your luggage, please call our shuttle service on +61 1300 303 941 to request collection. Exit the terminal through the main glass doors. Walk towards the taxi and rideshare area until you reach the pedestrian crossing. Cross the road to the designated shuttle pick-up zone. Wait for the shuttle bus of the supplier, which will transfer you to the Simba Car Hire branch. The transfer takes approximately 5 minutes.
