Cons: Cercano in tutti i modi di addebitare costi aggiuntivi, come 25€ di pulizia per un tappetino sporco di acqua e terra dopo 2 giorni di utilizzo. Il call center mi ha chiuso il telefono in faccia alle mie rimostranze, mandandomi una mail con 2 foto. Assolutamente sconsigliato.

Cons: They gave us a dirty car, not well cleaned inside. They tried to charge us for a minuscule very light almost impossible to see scratch (less than 1cm) in the bottom part of the front of the car. When we complained they decided to not charge us (it seemed a premeditated action, where they no-matter-what try to find something to charge you)

Cons: Sooooo slow About 25 minutes per customer to pick up and only one member of staff meaning 30 minute delay when dropping off

Pros: Bad customer service. Car was filthy and not a full tank of fuel. Since being back in the UK they are trying to charge for valeting and scratches that were already there. They didn’t check over the car when we collected it or when we returned it.

Pros: They were polite.

Cons: The car was assigned with "no damage" but there were clearly scratches on the car and damage to the wheels. The staff tried to blame me for these damages when I returned the car but, thankfully, I took pictures when I picked it up and made the staff take note of the damage and was able to prove that I didn't damage the car when I returned it. The staff then assigned the car with "no damage" again for whom I would assume would be the next customer.

Pros: It took some time but it was very kind and helpful.

Cons: The guy at the desk was disinterested in his customers. On returning the car, he allowed me stand for over 5 minutes while he worked on computer and paperwork. He was in fact finished with me, but failed to say anything in the way of "that's everything, thank you."

We were then told the car was dirty and it should have been cleaned, when the car was all dirty when we picked it up which wasn't a big problem but wasn't going to pay for it to be cleaned.

Cons: Bad car, very dirty with a lot of damage to the body, not what was advertised. It did not represent good value for money. Battery in the key was dead which makes me think the car was not properly inspected beforehand.

Pros: I have rented from Viaggiare on many occasions, the lady is always lovely, and the cars are good value.

Pros: Overall good service the car worked perfectly fine.

Cons: It was given us a different car from what we’ve booked online (not a problem), putting snow chains on was not easy, the instructions weren’t very clear. And it worked out much expensiver than expected to rent a car with debit card instead of credit card.

Cons: The man we dealt with on collection was perfunctory.

Pros: No hassle at pickup or return. Didn't try to sell extra insurance or a more expensive upgrade. Very simple process. Only one minor scratch on the car on pickup, we were advised to photograph damage which I did. Then on return agent asked if I had a photo of any damage when I picked it up, she looked at the photo and there was no issue.

Cons: Service was excellent, only minor issue i have is that on returning the car there was only one agent taking keys and assessing the cars which caused a long delay.

Cons: The car was filthy. The car had 5 records of damage. The company clerk on return was rude, had no identification, she could have been a member of the public stealing cars for all I knew.

Cons: Feel totally ripped off by the Viaggare agent. When we arrived he said that we had to pay more insurance for him, and also paid cleaning fees and other fees totalling over 240 Euros. And a deposit on top. I was expecting to only have to pay the deposit on arrival. If there are extra fees to pay, this should be made much clearer.

Cons: They gave the car to someone else (most probably because they overbooked) and told us that its because we didn't call them in time. We were actually delayed because the plane couldn't land and obviously we didn't have reception own the plane so we couldn't call. We arrive 1hour 10min late and they said that after 1hr delay they give the car away!! Then they wanted to give us an upgrade and we pay the difference and they didn't because we didn't have a credit card. One excuse after another.

Cons: An amount of € 25.00 was charged for cleaning the car. The car was delivered clean, with the normal use of a car on paved roads wet with rain. Everything seems to be a surcharge in disguise. I submitted a complaint with photos of the vehicle and so far I have not had a response.

We received a detailed explanation of how to return the vehicle and where, so that we were not delayed at all in returning the vehicle and were released immediately after a short process at the office. Cons: Viaggiare workers were not kind or helpful. Viaggiare gave us a car that had a mechanical issue within the first 5km of driving. They charged us for the issue even though we did nothing but drive the car normally to a spot for lunch.

Once it was established my credit card wouldn’t work (my fault) the price went up co side table with extra daily full insurance costs suddenly required (regardless of whatever insurance I’d purchased through Discover Cars and the RAC). Car price went up on top of that. The representative appeared to be bored by our situation and spent half the time on the phone whilst we waited. Turned around and went to Europcar where they were polite, accommodating, considerably cheaper

Pros: The agents themseleves were ok but they were constrained by the policies and whatever systems viaggiare uses which took an eternity to go through.

Cons: The deposit - the company deducted €900 from my bank card but upon return declaimed that it can take up to 30days to refund it. This is totally unacceptable practice - a week after returning the car I am still out of pocket by €900 despite returning the car undamaged, full of fuel and given the all clear by the sales rep. There is no reason to withhold the deposit for more than a day or two. I will be warning all my colleagues and friends that travel to Italy to avoid this company.

Cons: Had some difficulty with the fact that they only take payment for the car with credit card, despite being okay to take the deposit with a debit card. We were faced with fees double to what we were meant to be paying for the rental when we arrived and decided to not rent the car in the end and loose our deposit because of this. Really disappointed that this wasn't more explicit and that they were happy to take our deposit money with a debit card if their policy is so strict for credit cards only

No car drawing sheet during pick up to record old damage/markings, told us to ‘check ourselves’. Then on return, they charged us for damage to a wheel which was not caused by us. Cons: They did not give a car that was in working order. Had to fill up the Ad blue and was told to bring back the receipt (which I did). Because the receipt did not say ad blue on it but has the auto station from the highway she accused me of lying about the receipt which she remembers me calling about it. The service was horrible, the car had problems starting. they tell you to fix the car bring the receipt back but don’t reimburse you even though they said they would. Horrible place. Never again.

Cons: I felt the car rental company didn't address my concerns properly, as noted above, the vat wasn't really valated well, and there were various things like the fuel only being half a tank, no waste tin the screen wash, and adblue also there were various other scratches that they didn't know about, also the desk was not open when we dropped off and just had to simply drop the keys off and then message them on WhatsApp
