Cons: It was not that easy to find shuttle bus taking you to rental point. Maybe if they could share google map with directions of shuttle bus stup, that would be great. Althou we rented Peugeot 2008 or similar ( we had a lot of luggage) we got Fiat 500 which said by them is similar class.. Fiat is smaller than Peugeot.

Cons: the car was not full when we got it and had to return it to the same level. Secondly, there was an additional charge for cleaning the car which is not a usual “cost” and this was not communicated when you book. lastly, there was an additional charge to return the car after 19:30, which usually happens via a “key box” without additional charges

Pros: I ordered Citroen and got crossland..I had crossland before so I was very happy. Good strong and modern car

Cons: Car was filthy.. not expecting cleanliness like from new but a bit of effort could have been done. Windows were dirty. Tyre notification was on so I had to go and put air in. The light turned on on the return day again but I left it. It was a disaster to find where I should be picked up. I called and lady explained but it can be easily fixed by adding images or instructions to the booking. It was NOT the case. Found it in the end. There was no address where to return the car, I googled it

Cons: The car itself wasn’t so good. The anti-breaking feature did an emergency stop in the middle of the road under a bridge for no reason which could have been very dangerous.

Pros: Felirent are awful do not book them. There office is 10 mins from the airport, there is no desk at the airport, you need to call the office when you arrive. The man was rude and unhelpful. We waited for almost an hr for pick up and they wouldn't drive into the ground of the airport as they were avoiding paying for parking, even doh there's a 10 minute free parking. They also left us with 2 small kids and 2 large car seats outside the airport on the outskirts to avoid going to the proper drop.

Cons: Avoid this company and discover should not be using them in my opinion. There's other companies at the airport that offer car hire. If you are travelling with kids then pay more for a different company. We are also still waiting for our deposit back. Worse company we have hired from.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Roman alphabet.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver's license printed in a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc.) must be supplemented by an official translation issued by an embassy or other authority. A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Only plastic, credit-card style driver’s licenses are accepted; paper licenses are not accepted.
ID documents must be hard copies; documents held on mobile devices will not be accepted.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy


The excess/deductible will double if the theft or fire occurred in the following location(s): Campania, Puglia.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.

By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Rental period
After one rental period ends, 1 week must pass before the customer can start another rental period.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.

Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
