Pros: Very fast as I registered an account with pictures of ID and drivers licence - recommend doing it for everyone. Got BRAND NEW car (9km driven) from them and in my opinion an upgrade (Volvo XC40 instead of Peugeot 3008).
Cons: A little bit unclear return - just handed over the keys in the office, but there has been no email or confirmation about the procedure.

Cons: The Audi mentioned in the ad was not available from the rental company, even though it stated 'or equivalent', there were no other options of premium brands (BMW, Audi, Mercedes, Volvo). I did not see any on the site. So the Audi ad was completely misleading

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1200.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In order to pick up the car, domestic renters must present the following documents: ID card.
A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU countries.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Driver licenses from the following country(ies): China will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill), local address (apartment; hotel; villa; etc.), telephone number statement (as proof contact number belongs to driver).

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
In order to have service out of hours, the renter must provide the following information: Flight number, train number.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
