Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Windscreen washer not working/faulty most likely due to frozen water in it. Same problem with another vehicle hired by other members of my family. Very dissatisfied.

Pros: The car was easy to find, the desk was easy to find, we had a great little car, very efficient and economical.
Cons: We arrived an hour early and had to wait in the airport because our car wasn’t ready and there were no other vehicles available.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1400.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): Italy, EU.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
A damage administration fee of 150 EUR will apply in the event of an accident or damage to the car.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
