Pros: Car was type I booked. Reasonably fast.

Cons: No proper information on how to find pick up point in advance. No signage at airport. Information desk at airport had no information. I was late due to missed bus connection somy car was cancelled and I was charged 65 euro to u cancel it. No one tried to contact me. No Information was provided about such situations. Staff were unfriendly suggesting it was my own fault.

Pros: All in all the experience was great value for money and the customer service was great. Car I got was slightly smaller than I hoped but it was fine.

Cons: It was a bit of a wait to from the airport to the rental place due to a lot of road works taking place so to be aware of this.

Cons: To get to the rental agency, you are required to walk outside the terminal to a random spot on the road. You have to call the agency ahead of time to arrange a pick up. It’s totally inconvenient especially if you’re traveling with small children and lots of luggage. The will find ways to charge you. Don’t book here.

Cons: The instructions to get to Target's address from the airport were not clear and we had to call for getting any instructions.

Pros: When we were getting dropped off by the shuttle bus , they dropped us along way from the terminal and it was pouring rain so we get soaked. Not very happy

Pros: The guy when we dropped off the car Nicola was very helpful and polite.

Cons: The fact that I had to pay 3 times the amount I initially thought I was paying as I didn’t have a physical credit card and I have been forced to pay two sets of insurance without being offered a refund. I feel totally disgruntled by this whole process.

Pros: Best rental experience I've ever had. Everything was as supposed to be. Staff was great, very polite and professional. The car worked perfect. Will definitely try again.

Pros: Nothing, hidden charges just because we had a debit card instead of a credit card...staff very dismissive, "it's in the T&X's" apparently 🤬

Cons: Hidden charges, I bought insurance on line but had to buy more at the pick up desk. Price went from €30 to over €100, over a €1000 was taken from our account for deposit. Lucky we had that in our account. It took over 5 days to have it returned to our account. Only it was late, I would have walked away. People, go with ANY other company but this one!

Pros: Depends on the time of year/time of day when collecting or dropping off the car. only one staff on! You could get a fast turn around.

Cons: They always try to find something wrong with the car when you return it.... Before driving away with the car do a walk around video. It saved us! She tried her best to take our deposit! Not this time photo evidence/video is key!!

Cons: A bit tricky to get to the meeting point, the initial car had issues that I found out and was substituted.

Cons: Mi hanno fatto pagare 80€ in più per la casco che avevo già pagato, non mi era mai successo nonostante abbia in passato noleggiato un’auto più di 30 volte. La prossima volta mi rivolgerò sicuramente ad un’altra compagnia

Pros: Although it’s not at the airport, still really east to get to via shuttle transport which took about 5mins, and didn’t have to wait long for it at all. And great value for the car, staff helpful, friendly. I’d definitely use it again.

Cons: Phone number on the website to call for the shuttle was wrong, but managed to sort it, and I told them at the desk so hopefully it’s been corrected.

Cons: the fact of not specifying that the snow chains, as mandatory on board, were already supplied with the car

Cons: Location of pick up was different to booking!!! About a kilometre away. Very unfriendly staff. Drop off at airport outside the airport- not departure area. Airport shuttle put our suitcase on the wheels so they banged so much that I asked him to stop. Airport shuttle driver speaks not a word of English or German.

Pros: Apart from picking up the car, everything else was ok. Nothing special, just a normal service as it should be

Cons: The information given to "follow the red path when exiting the airport until you reach the roundabout" is a joke. The red path breaks up many times and finding the roundabout is impossible with the information given. We had to ring you many times to get directions to the roundabout and even then, we couldn't get an answer and had to send a text begging you to give me proper directions.

Pros: The price and car were fine .. the email sent to us with phone number and address was completely wrong .. incorrect phone number which we were instructed to call for transfer from airport on arrival.. and incorrect address to take car back to .. cause unnecessary hassle and stress at Stat of trip and end of trip

Cons: The Italian office insisted we needed additional insurance. Made the car hire extremely expensive. The office is also miles out from the airport - very inconvenient, and found it extremely har and frustrating to contact a rep of the car hire firm to arrange an airport pick up. Overall very, very poor experience.

Pros: Friendly staff. Reasonable price. Our fault that we didn’t read that we had to be picked up from airport to collect car so took longer as our plane landed 40 minutes early

Cons: The fact that the desk person had to leave the desk and go to inspect the car thus leaving only one person to deal with the influx of new customers.
