Pros: Quick and polite

Cons: The option to check in online in advance was poor. I tried to do it more than once. Despite choosing English, the instructions remained in Italian. And the numbers requested didn’t accept my phone number or reservation no.

Pros: My car was faulty, the steering had a lot of ‘play’ in it and the car moved across the road, the clutch also stuck to the floor twice. They replaced the car with a nicer car with no problem and the agents gave a great service.

Cons: Insurance sales. They scared and pushed us into paying 290€ for insurance we already had. That’s 29€ per day. They said the insurance provided by ‘discover cars’ wasn’t very good, we have to pay for roadside assistance and an excess of 1500€ if we have an accident. This was misspelling of insurance.

Pros: Not too far from arrivals. Very friendly staff. No one in the queue in front of us to confirm the rental.

Cons: There was a little wait until someone came to the Viaggiare office, in an ideal world someone would have been waiting for us. Though the price for the rental from Viaggiare was competitive, overall it felt expensive (not Viaggiare's fault).
