Pros: The car was clean and in good working condition. Felt safe and stable while driving on snow.
Cons: Provided me with a vehicle (literally) on EMPTY and very poor customer service. As a foreigner in a new region, with explicit plans to travel into the mountains, I had no idea how much petrol I would need to travel around and DEFINITELY did not want to get stranded in the mountains in another country without cell service, so I ended up 'gifting' this car rental company more than 1/2 tank of petrol. When I asked to be reimbursed, I was laughed at by the rental agent. Wont be using Surprice again.
Pros: Good day, On 16 September of this year, I booked a car through the skysccaner site with the reservation number DC-467271. As soon as I arrived at Trabzon airport I contacted the car rental office to hand over the car to me as previously agreed upon. I received the car and it was in bad condition for bad tires and before that I spoke with the employee and said he would replace tires on the second day but he did not.
