Avec Rent A Car at Trabzon Airport

Pros: There service is good and the staff who are offering the service are serious to do it in a good way.

Cons: The price of renting a car is very high compared to most of the other countries! The security deposit amount also is high and not reasonable to keep holding for more than 3 days after returning the car because they can get the traffic report immediately after they receive the car!

Pros: All the staff are more than wonderful. I recommend them to everyone. I am currently waiting for the deposit to be returned to my Visa account.

Cons: Following the employee's instructions, the vehicle was returned with the fuel level somewhat below the maximum. Afterward, the employee and I went to the fuel station to fill the tank completely. The fuel cost 300 Lira, but my credit card was charged 1440 Lira. Although they claimed it was a mistake, I suspect there may have been intentional wrongdoing. I am grateful that reviewing my bank statement brought this discrepancy to my attention.

Pros: The car pickup process was smooth and efficient. The vehicle provided was of high quality and matched my selection perfectly. Returning the car at the end of the rental period was also quick and hassle-free.

Cons: There is no AVEC office in the international arrivals hall, and no clear signage indicating that the office is located in the domestic terminal. Transferring from the international terminal to the domestic one with luggage is inconvenient and quite exhausting.

Cons: after i dropped car they charged me extera 1800 Turkish L because the one checked car he was looking under car scratch !!! then he found under front bumper which its not visible ; and you have to lay down under car to see it !!! and its not affect car appearance and i know and they know that scratch will be left witout repair because its not visible

Cons: I had a small problem which was the insurance issue - I paid for the full insurance package and paid an additional amount for insurance without a police report to be reassured - but the rental company employees told me there is no full insurance?! And they told me to check with Discovercars Company!! So why did I pay an additional amount for comprehensive insurance and they do not recognize it at the rental office?
