Cons: تسليم السيارة في مطار إسطنبول حيث تأخر مستلم السيارة قرابة نصف ساعة مع أننا متفقين على وقت التسليم، وكذلك تأخر إرجاع مبلغ التأمين 2000 ليرة أرسلت لمكتب إسطنبول قالوا يحولون لك مكتب طرابزون وأرسلت لمكتب طرابزون قالوا يحولون لك مكتب إسطنبول؟! لكن الحمد لله بعد مراسلات وقرابة ٣ أسابيع رجع مبلغ التأمين.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 2500 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 70 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: country entry stamp that is not older than 1 month.

Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.
Deposit and deductible policy
In the event of damages to the car, without providing a police report, CDW and any other additional protection become voided.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Child seat (2-4 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
