Wish Car Rental at Trabzon Airport

Pros: Refunding process for deposit payment takeng long time

Pros: I did 2 reservations in sequence and decided on pick up with agency to make them one then they called on the second reservation day that I should attend to the office for signature other wise they will cancel my second reservation ! And unfortunately that’s what they did and I lost my money for the second reservation

Cons: It's the worst experience I tried so far My flight get delayed 5 hours and they cancelled my reservation although I paid for it and once I reached Trabzon they told me that your only option is to pay additional 160$ ( By force ) otherwise what you already paid it's gone ( Discover cars agent didn't assist me in live chat support) Wish agency ( In trabzon airport) they are not professional at all specially when I returned back the car ( They tried to raise any issue to get paid extra )

Cons: - كنت حاجز سيارة (فيات ايجا) ولم تصل إلى مطار طرابزون قالوا أنها غير متوفرة ، فقلت كيف تتيح حجزها وأدفع في فيزا ثم لا تحجزها لي ؟؟ وأعني سيارة أخرى هي (كاليو) والكارثة أنهم حسبها على بنفس سعر سيارة (فيات) هي في موقعكم أقل سعرا من التي حجزت مع ذلك حسبها علي بنفس سعر السيارة الأعلى ، وناقشتهم وبينت لهم السعر في موقعكم يختلف ثم اتفقوا بعد ما أمضيت وقت طويل في المناقشة والتعب . ثانيا: اخذت البنزين ناقصاً عن خط (الفل) ولما ارجعت السيارة ببنزين فل قال لي الفاحص : (أريد رؤية آخر إيصال تعبئة البنزين)!

Cons: تم حسم مبالغ التامين قبل استلام المركبه بيومين وتم حسم وديعه ولم يتم استردادها للان وتم حسم مبلغ التاجير شامل والتامين الذي تم دفعه مسبقاً

They don't consider the insurance paid for the discovercars and they will ask for insurance to be paid for the. The car windows Handel was manual ( only font were auto). The car go slightly backwards if you are in D and you are uphill so you have to use handbrake.

Cons: Every other rent car company are accepting UAE driving license, this doesn’t. If you know that your company doesn’t accept for what you’re listing it in UAE. A waste of time and I lost my deposit also because I couldn’t cancel after. Not to say that the staff doesn’t speak English and it’s very hard to communicate with them.

Pros: At Trabzon, they were proactive, patient and professional. Apparently, we got an upgrade and the car was great.

Cons: There is no Wish presence at the international airport in Istanbul. The rental voucher we got through Discover gave us that place as the return address. We only found out when we arrived to return the car. As I write this review, the deposit has not been refunded yet, and I hope no unexpected charges associated with leaving the car unattended in the carpark there, as ultimately advised by Wish, are deducted from it as a result. Fortunately, we had plenty of time to sort that before our flight.
