Cons: The employees are very bad. The drop off was supposed to be at 6:00 AM but there was no one at the office. We missed our flight because of this employees tardiness and he does not understand English very well or he is lying also he tricked me into paying an extra day

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 2200.00), Theft Protection, Personal Accident Insurance, Airport surcharge, Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.
Maximum rental age is 70 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): Turkey. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
