Pros: I was handed an old model car in poor mechanical condition My car broke down on the road, and it took more than 8 hours to replace it, which my family and I spent on the road. The replacement car was not brought, but they asked me to go to the branch at the nearest airport, and I was handed a smaller car.

Driver Requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years for car groups Mini, Economy, Compact, Intermediate, Standart. Minimum rental age is 25 years for car groups Fullsize, SUV. Minimum rental age is 27 years for car groups Premium, Luxury. Maximum rental age is 75 years. A Young Driver Fee of 13 EUR per day applies to drivers aged under 25 years. The driving licence must have been issued by authorised authorities at least 1 year before the date of the commencement of the rental. Renter must provide valid ID card or passport. International customers must provide the paper seal on their passport.
Additional Driver Policy
It is allowed to add additional drivers. When collecting the vehicle, all drivers must be present and produce valid documentation. An additional daily charge will be applied per each driver. Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver Fee and Additional Driver Fee.
Additional Insurance
Optional insurance is available for an extra charge. Full Damage Waiver (FDW) is available for additional charge per day, depending on the car group. FDW will reduce the deposit amount to zero. Headlights Tires Windshield Insurance is available for 4-10 EUR, depending on the car group.
Security deposit
At time of pick up customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit. Deposit amount will be blocked on customers credit card until the end of the rental period. The deposit amount is calculated by summing up excess amount of 100-350 EUR + the price of rental depending on the car group + fuel service + additional extras.
Payment Policy
The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners. Cash payments are not allowed. Debit Cards, Prepaid Cards are not accepted. At time of pick up customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit. Deposit amount will be blocked on customer’s credit card until the end of the rental period. The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g, GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross Border Policy
Crossing country borders is not allowed.
One-Way Drop Offs
National one way rentals are allowed on request and for an additional charge, depending on the selected location. International one-way rentals are not allowed.
Policy for outside of business hours
Out of hours service is available on previous request at locations that are open 24/7. If this results in a One Way rental an additional fee may apply.
Delivery Service
Delivery and collection service is not available.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Child Seat, GPS Navigation System, Snow Chains, Winter Tyres. Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.
Fuel policy
Car is provided with some amount of fuel and it must be returned with the same amount of fuel in order to avoid additional charges. of the difference in fuel of 20%. VAT, local fees and surcharges will also apply to fuel charges.
Roadside Assistance
Roadside Assistance is available 24/7 free of charge. If it is renters fault, the customer will be held fully responsible for any damages to the vehicle and associated cost.
