Pros: 3 ay önce Beni havaalanından almakta biraz geç kaldılar (30 m), ama bunun dışında çok cana yakın ve profesyonel personel vardı. Yepyeni bir araba aldım. Diğerlerinin aksine depozitoyu iade ettiler ve arabayı 3 saat sonra ücretsiz olarak iade etmeme izin verdiler. Teşekkür ederiz ve yakında tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle!

Cons: The charge me by force an insurance while i have zero deductible, moreover they said this charge is for insurance but was written for out of office hours, in addition to that, a more charge was withdrawn from my credit card and when i spoke to them they said by mistake and will refund it back. But until today no refund was made

Pros: The car itself was fine.

Cons: It was very hard to communicate with them, and some of the staff was a bit rude. It was unclear where to get the car; there's no counter at the airport. But again it was difficult to communicate them, and took a while to figure out where to go. They were a bit slow here too. The car was given with no gas at all "for our convenience".

Pros: I recently had a disappointing experience with Discover Car. I paid £30 for a reservation, but when I tried to use the card for payment, it didn't work for reasons unknown to me. As a result, I had to switch to a different car rental company. I attempted to contact with the labor who is pick me from the airport for a refund, but unfortunately, I received no response. This lack of communication and failure to resolve the issue has left me very unsatisfied with their service.

Mileage policy
Mileage is limited to 4000 km per rental.
Mileage is limited, there will be a surcharge for each additional km.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Driver licenses from the following country(ies): non-EU will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, Country entry stamp that is not older than 6 months.

A credit check is mandatory for local customers at the time of pick up.
Deposit and deductible policy

Cross-border policy
Crossing country/state borders is not allowed.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.

Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
