Cons: We were advised to get additional insurance because the one I purchased from Discover would not pay immediately if we were in accident but if we purchased from them, “Auto one” it would. So we purchased additional insurance- when we returned car they accused us of damaging it. Ofcourse they said the insurance would cover it. We did NOT damage car, it was returned as received so I believe the additional insurance was a scam for them to file a false claim. Also was charged more on cc than

Pros: I was not happy witb any of the service provided to me.

Cons: Car booked was a jeep compass or similar as i had more luggage. I was given a mercedes gla 200d which was much smaller. The rental agent was very rude and impolite. On the day of return, he literally yelled at me that he wont look at the car since he is busy and asked me to leave without any information. He said everything will be done through email and last week i got a deduction of 262 euros which i am unaware of. I tried contacting through email and phone but no answer. So improfessional.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: I phoned 1 week earlier to get the car at 9 am. They confirmed, but once there, there was no car. The employeed didn't take charge of any request, just saying that cars for rent will arrive not earlier than 10am. I waited with no help or answers until 11am, but then I runned away and even lost my deposit. Nobody called me back for saying the car was eventually available, nobody said anything about my reservation. It seems like it is a fraud. AVOID

Cons: The man took 2 hours to input our details into the system. When we asked how much longer it would be we were abruptly told “it will be” there were no other customers there the whole 2 hours so it should not have taken so long. The car we got had just been dropped off by another customer so it was not cleaned or filled up with petrol. There was still rubbish on the floor.

Cons: Surprice is a scam- upon returning the car they said we changed the tire and we had to pay for it. We never changed a tire or touched a tire. Unbeknown to us, they gave us a car with different tires on it which is illegal to drive in Italy and when we returned the car in the condition they gave it to us, they tried to say we put wrong tires on the car. Scam and fraudulent company.I would never use them again. Also,there is no desk at the airport so I had to call them to find where to pick up car

Pros: The only easy part was returning the car, but we got no receipt or guarantee that we got our deposit back. The guy at the office was new and not sure how to process a return so he said it would be taken care of. As of now, we do not have our deposit back after returning the car 5 days ago.

Cons: The woman at the desk was so rude, yelling at other customers, yelling at other coworkers. She called one customer a bitch, refused to give her a rental car and kicked her out of the building. When a coworker tried telling her to calm down, she kicked him out as well. It was the most absurd scenario I have ever been in in my life and I truly was scared of her. I will never rent from this company again because of her.

Cons: They gave a car of which the car play screen was asking a password and they didn’t notify me of that. I called several times but no luck reaching out. The car has dust inside.

Pros: Was the worst ever experience. We had hidden expenses. We get a quota of €193 or something like that and in the end we paid €261 or more and we are still waiting for the locked deposit of €80 for the fuel. We will never recommend to anyone. We paid for the full insurance but we didn’t have it, because they insured something else. I don’t know what.

Cons: Mini bus from the airport took a very long time and then the driver tried to take payment for a free service. We had to wait ages because there was only one poor man sorting everyone’s rentals out. We couldn’t get the car we wanted. We got charged extra for something which we had no idea about until we had arrived by which case it was far too late to sort out another car.

Pros: Due to a long traffic jam on the motorway we were late for our flight and were very short of time to wait for the shuttle bus or get a taxi so the representative drove us to the airport in our hire car.

Cons: The shuttle bus dropped us at the wrong office when collecting the car so we had to get a taxi to your office. Your office is very difficult to find. The taxi driver had great difficulty finding it and even neighbouring businesses did not know where you are. My satnav could not locate you precisely nor could google maps app on my iPhone!

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1200.00 - € 2500.00), Theft Protection, Snow chains, Contract fee, Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
Driver licenses from the following country(ies): China will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
For the Luxury car group, a minimum of two credit cards issued on the main driver's name are required.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain-Mainland, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee. During winter season (from 15.11 until 15.04) Snow chains are included in price.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 120 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
