Pros: Nothing

Cons: We turned up at pick up late after a delayed airport immigration. We called ahead to say we’d be late. When we turned up, the lady at the check in desk tried to charge us 50% more as a penalty for turning up late. We refused to pay. She then acted as if she contacted her manager, then agreed to the original price. Then she handed us the key and locked up the office and left without waiting for any feedback from us. The car was filthy and muddy, as if it had been through a rally race.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU.

Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).

Renters from the following country(ies): Italy must provide the following documents: proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill) in order to collect the car.
