Pros: When desk was open car pick up and drop off was good.
Cons: Restricted opening hours is a major issue for pick up, especially if the desk closes at 1pm and you can't get there in time!! Won't be using them again.

Pros: Quickly dealt with pickup and drop-off. Shuttle bus available to/from airport - although rental area is about 500m away, it can be difficult to walk it with large bags.
Cons: Too informal - no receipt given of cash paid, no copies provided of signed forms or car condition. This makes it difficult to prove anything.

Pros: Keddy was fine Europcar were not . An absolute disgrace. I ended up with a car that had 11 listed items of damage it was old and I had to pay more at the desk. Never Again ...!!! My freinds and I will not be using Keddy nor Europcar again.
Cons: When I got to the Europcar desk they could only offer me a car which was more expensive and damaged . The damage report highlighted 11 areas of damage including dents on the passenger door and a cracked winscreen . I can send you a copy of the report if you want . The delay at the desk was crazy there were three staff and only two were loking after customers . The wait was 25 minutes approx. Overall never again . I will book Hertz etc in future as the cars and service are better .Europcar No.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1710.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Free modifications, Railway fee, Port fee.

The following surcharges may apply: Accident Administration fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years for car group Economy, Mini.
Minimum rental age is 19 years for car group Compact.
Minimum rental age is 21 years for car group Standard, Intermediate, Fullsize.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
For vehicles in groups Mini a driver license valid for at least 1 years is required.
For vehicles in groups Economy, Compact, Intermediate a driver license valid for at least 3 years is required.
For vehicles in groups Luxury, Premium, Special a driver license valid for at least 10 years is required.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid an additional charge per liter/gallon of missing fuel plus a 20 EUR refueling service charge.
