Pros: Not much.

Cons: 1. The fact that i got a very dirty car - have pictures to prove it. 2. The whole CC experience - see above when i purchased full casco - costed me an extra 100 euro. Plus they wanted 500 euro deposit on top of the regular amount. 3. When i brought the car back, as i had full casco they took advantage and added extra damage yo the car compared to the moment when i took it. None of those were done by me. I consider they used the fact i had full casco and added extra things they wanted done.

Cons: Quality of the car and the attempt to sell the bigger but in worst condition car for 90 more euros. Was tricked into paying $15 for car cleaning. Gas tank level was not full (less than half, hard to return at same level - the usual trick to make customers return car with more gas than received)

Pros: The car was great and served us well

Cons: The insurance policy of Autovia is a crap. I had a virtual credit card (Google Pay) WITH INSURANCE on it and the representative didn't accept it, forced us towards acquiring an extra insurance without trying to find any solutions. Additionally, we will be charged for an additional day because we delayed for 1h with giving the car back. It feels like the company is trying to squeeze every penny from its clients. Not a recommendation.

Cons: 1. Although I had included the extra payment for a full cover insurance I was asked to pay 78€ extra (optional) to cover any car damages that might have happened with the excuse that I would have to pay them if anything happened to the car and then claim the money from your company. It was as if they didn’t acknowledge you as fair co-partners. I felt mislead by both companies. 2. The car was rather old with 116.000km and no navigator. Once you rent a car to foreigners it should be included.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1500.00 - € 1950.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Premium Location fee, Road tax, Environmental charge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher. Renters from the following country(ies): Italy must provide the following documents: proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill) in order to collect the car.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.

Diners, Debit cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, France, Germany, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovenia, Spain-Mainland, Switzerland, San Marino.
Crossing country borders is forbidden to the following countries: Albania, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Iran, Malta, Morocco, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Tunisia, Turkey.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Ski rack, Cross border fee.

Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid an additional charge per liter/gallon of missing fuel plus a 25 EUR refueling service charge.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
