Pros: nothing. it took 2 hours for us to get the car from the checkout desk. 1 young member of staff manning 3 desks. they had not properly managed their car inventory so didn't have the correct car to give us and tried to charge us an addition 43% rental fee for getting a different car.

Cons: Everything. The car was busted. No fuel when we picked it up. tried to give us a car we didnt order and then charge us for it. 2 hours waiting in line to. car broke down during our journey.

Cons: Receiving the car took an hour - luckily I was the first in line and - such lack of efficiency I have never seen at a car rental desk. I was guaranteed a specific car when renting - never received what I ordered and was told “that is what we have…” I will not rent a car again through this firm! The car had various technical issues and I was happy to be rid of it when the trip was over.

Cons: No one there when I was supposed to pick-up the car - When a representative arrived late she couldn't figure out the systems. When dropping off the car there were 2 workers at the return location and none of them could receive the car back, walked to the rental location and after waiting for a while as there were a queue the lady asked me to wait for an agent who could walk me back to the return location and inspect my car. At this stage I just had to leave the key as I had a flight to catch

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1952.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.

Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Deposit and deductible policy
Deductible/excess will be charged per damage.
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Ski rack, Snow chains, Winter tires, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley.

Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 1 hour after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
