Pros: Great, clean car. Very fast pickup, zero wait time.
Cons: The instructions on how to find the free shuttle (that say you should go to parking stop No. 5) at Rome airport are wrong - you actually have to walk to the closed gas station nearby (1 minute walk) and wait at the corner for the shuttle there.

Pros: Great service! No queue, staff was very polite and efficient, shuttle provided to airport terminal, very clear insurance policy.

In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.

The maximum rental period per agreement is 29 days.
