Sixt at O'Hare International Airport is located in the Rental Car Center (RCC).
From the baggage claim area in Terminal 1, 2, 3 & 5, follow the signs to Rental Car Center shuttle. The Rental Car shuttle will transport you directly to the Rental Car Center.
Once at the Rental Car Center proceed to the Lobby on the 1st floor. SIXT counter is located in the center of the lobby.

Pros: Great service, very happy to receive an upgrade (twice actually).
Cons: It’s a little hard to find SIXT car pick up location at the garage. Extra signage would help.

Pros: The friendliness of the staff. Stephanie J. answered all my questions since it was the first time ever renting from Chicago.
Cons: The only thing I would change would be give a 2 hour grace period.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
