Pick-up instructions
Follow the signs to the Lower Level (Baggage Claim) to the free consolidated Rental Car Shuttle Bus which is located by the third curb at the airport. The digital display on the bus will read: "Rental Cars / Parking Lot F". Each terminal has designated areas for drop-off and pick-up. The shuttles will take you to O'Hare's Multi-Modal Facility to our car rental desk to pick-up a vehicle.

Pros: The manager was great car was clean. Easy drop off.

Cons: The first person we made contact with didn’t know what she was doing I had to ask for the manager or else I wouldn’t have had a car and been stuck in Chicago they need more training apparently

Cons: The service time to pick up the car was far too long, about 45 minutes. There was a problem applying the voucher to my account
