Pros: No hard sell for insurance (already had it provided by agent) really easy and contact free pick and returns. Positive review also due to booking well in advance and getting a great price!

Cons: Difficult to contact in advance of pick up as booking made through agent

Pros: Very kind and detailed agents through whole process

Cons: Seem to be some technical failings... I opted out of fuel purchase through Budget but was still charged for it, which I had to resolve with a lengthy phone call after the fact
