Pros: Once we got the car it was fine. all good.
Cons: 1 service agent for over 40 guest waiting.- waited over an hour and 15 to talk to agent, got a very dirty car, returned got a new one...took another 1/2 hour. Also wouldn't honor us being in their perks program. I'll never use them again.
Pros: The representative that helped us was very pleasant.
Cons: It took too long to get the car. Long line.
Pros: Nothing, I waited 3 and half hours to get the car.
Cons: The line was about 50 people in front of me. After talking to the representative she said it would be an hour to get a car. She said they had to clean them before they could let them be obtained. I would not recommend Thirty to anyone. I will never use you again.
Pros: The service agent was very friendly and made the process smooth.
Pros: Extremely poor service picking up the car. Waited 1 and a half hours to find car wasn’t ready despite checking on the morning. Then had to wait another hour and a half to find out still no car before they agreed an upgrade for me.
Cons: Extremely poor and slow and nothing explained by the agent.
