Cons: On pick up the details of hire were wrong both for duration of hire and time of pick up. On drop off only key drop and invoice includes an extra day hire and wrong pick up and drop off times. I am trying to contact Sixt to dispute invoice but no customer service over the weekend. Not at all happy with Sixt

Pros: The guy checking out was very helpful and changed cars when the original car supplied was not suitable I was very happy with the car and the pick up experience.
Cons: When I received my invoice I have been charged for an extra day. I thought the return time was 9.30 and return it exactly on time as I believed but had accidentally misread the form and it should have been 8.30am the return agent never mentioned this to me just charged for a full 24hours. I will never book with them again I realise I wad as fault but they could have given some leeway.

Cons: I ordered a Pajero or equivalent. I got a larger LDV 7 seater diesel. It was way bigger than I required and made city driving in a strange city difficult. Diesel also very rough on open road. So I wasn't completely satisfied even though a large family may well have appreciated the upgrade.

Cons: Initial car was damaged and drivers seat controls were broken so had to source a replacement vehicle. Upon my inspection of the replacement vehicle ithad a number of unrecorded damage items which had to be updated prior to commencing the rental.

Pros: The last agent was helpful when we returned the car, he inspected it with us and assured us that everything was fine. It was also easy to locate the car park location.
Cons: It would have been best if an agent followed us to the car and demonstrate to us that they too have inspected the condition of the car and provide evidence to prove its initial condition. I was worried of additional surcharges and blame of damaged car areas when its not our fault upon returning the car. Having an agent mark the condition of the car with us will assure us that the company is aware of the initial car condition.

Pros: Since you are car rental provider for the airport, you should check at the arrival schedule of the flight, our flight arrival late and we will not able to get the car, have to look for taxi and following day to collect the car! The worst is when we communicate with Discover Cars, was told my booking is considered no show and I have to go down to the airport SIXT to see weather they still have a car for me!

As there’s currently a big “construction “ sign above the smaller “car rental “ sign, easily missed the turn into carpark to return the cars. It will help if this can be highlighted to avoid frustration in looking for the right location to return car.
