Pros: Clean car. No problems with collection. Driver arrived at Perth airport, collected us, took is to the store to collect the car. Easy process. Drop off was the same. No problems at all. Cheapest also on the internet when searching.

Cons: It took for ever to get to depot from airport as we back tracked to pick other people up. Was not impressed to be told that as the car supplier was an agent to discover there was a $4500 accident cover that we had paid to have removed. If we had of had ab accident we would then had to have got the $4500 reimbursed from Discover cars. This is. Oh good enough.

Pros: Excellent service from City Centre Car Rentals. The car provided was near new with low kilometres and drove really well. We had no issues with the car the whole rental period. The provision of their courtesy car to pick us up from the airport at the beginning of the rental period and then return us to our final accommodation at the end of the rental period was deeply appreciated. There were no issues about the condition of the car on return and the refund of the damage deposit was swift.

Driver admit is his fault didn't remind passengers to put on seat belt. After the incident the driver mentioned manager will send an email to us to solve this issue but until now no response. Kindly contact me as soon as possible.

We extended our rental with very little notice at the end to an out of hours time and city car rentals were great at making arrangements to drop the car off at the airport which was fantastic. Would definitely use these guys again

Cons: Bizarrely they close at 1pm on Saturdays and Sundays so an out of hours surcharge is payable. Not excessive (ours was AUD68, 10% of the hire charge) but a little crazy given they're serving an international airport.

Pros: Unfortunately our experience with city car rentals did not start off very well. The car we were originally given was mechanically not good and we had to return it. It should not have been rented out. We returned to the depot wasted over an hour to swap over the car. After being reluctant to take the same model again we had to pay to upgrade to a newer car. The staff never offered an apology (except one young Asian guy he was great) and made us feel like we were complaining over nothing.

This info wasn't apparent when I booked the car so I had to change my plans but I appreciated the info was made known to me and I had a choice to top up or not.

Cons: Car picked up at airport. Everything was fine until I got to my destination and dropped bags off. Trying to start car again was a failure as battery died and needed to wait an hour for RAC serviceman to arrive and swap battery out. Was raining and night time so not ideal. Surprised as this is a rental car and these things shouldn't happen.

Cons: There’s nothing I didn’t like about the service. The only issue was the wait at the airport to be picked up was rather long. Maybe you can consider setting off to the airport in advance if it is confirmed that the customer is arriving.

Pros: After we made our resentment clear several times, Ms. Azura was kind enough to offer a replacement but another day which was not possible for us due to our pre-planned schedule and we couldn't drive back to the car centre to collect another car in the middle of our trip.

Cons: arrogant and indifferent attitude of the staff (not Ms. Azura). They didn't even bother to note the broken component in the hand-over form and waited until we found the defect. This was a dubious act.

Cons: I'm still waiting for the $500 security hold to be released, it now over 48 hours sins we gave back the car and was told it would be released. and if there is a accident i have to fight the agent to get my money back, as i paid insurance with them but the car rental company does not recognize that insurance
