Pros: **Highly Recommend City Centre Car Rental!** We had an excellent experience with City Centre Car Rental during our first trip to Perth. The staff were incredibly helpful, the car was brand-new and spotlessly clean, and the rental process was quick and straightforward. We couldn’t have asked for a better service. Without a doubt, we’ll be booking with them again on our next visit to Perth!

Cons: The additional charges to drive outside Perth city was not make known initially. I came to learn about the add on when signing the agreement. Not sure if the rest of the suppliers are the same but the extra aud150 could make a difference. Similarly, unsure if the supplier just outside the airport terminal requires extra charge for pick up and return outside office hours.

Cons: opted for the full cover insurance, however if there was a claim the first $4500 would be charged to my credit card and then I would have to claim back from City Centre insurance, which I thought was not good. Other car rental places do not operate like this, if you take full insurance then they sort everything with their insurance company and no excess is charged to your card and then you have to claim back. If I have know this I would have just used the travel insurance rental car excess cover

The provision of their courtesy car to pick us up from the airport at the beginning of the rental period and then return us to our final accommodation at the end of the rental period was deeply appreciated. There were no issues about the condition of the car on return and the refund of the damage deposit was swift.

Cons: The car is old and one of the wheel cap was loosen easily. We bought full insurance from Discover Cars, but City Centre Car rentals demanded compensation from us and withheld my AUD 500 deposit. Now we need to wait for Discover Cars' return.

Pros: City Centre Car Rental took 500AUD deposit for insurance and supposed to return/reverse the transaction on the card on the same day but after 1 week no refund has been initiated. Talked to Amber from the city centre car rental but no response has been given.

Pros: The staff were polite easy to get along with and I left a charm that I bought in W.A. in the car and they are posting it back to me. Wasn’t too much trouble to go and check for me. It was very easy and painless amazing customer service. Thank you 😊
