Pros: Dropping off was easy
Cons: The lady who served me was abrupt and didn't give me all the information I needed. Had I not asked about drop off I would have returned car to same place which was not the correct terminal for our departure. It was late at night for us and we lined up for ages to pick up car after lining up at the wrong place first.

Pros: I had to go to Hertz counter and that was full of Hertz and Thrifty customers. I had to wait on a long queue. The struggled to get my deposit so I had to spend another 20 minutes at the counter. Thrifty Counter was empty and that's not staff's problem. Car hire companies now try to cut costs by downgrading the service and increase the profit margins. They are pretty much similar to Qantas now.
Cons: I had to go to the hertz counter and there was a long wait.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English. For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license. Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).

Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
