Pros: Ease of transacting
Cons: Pick up was a distance from the gates. The counters near the arrival hall were closed so it was not so clear where to pick up the car.

Cons: Pre collection - emails back and forth and phone calls. It was rather stressful being told that the collection booth would close at 11.59pm when the flight was due to arrive at 11.40pm. I was told if I messed them I’d have to come back the next day after 7am. So I booked a nights accomodation at the airport forgoing heading south on arrival. However when I arrived the man at the desk advised he wouldn’t have left until I collected the car. This conflicting information cost me $200!!!
