Pros: Booked a Kia Sportage but wasn’t available similar car was trouble a complaint . Luggage did not fit in similar car so it wasn’t similar to the Kia Sportage! As I own a Kia Sportage and drove to the airport with our luggage in it I know it fits all of it in that car
Cons: Service was very slow , trouble with communication to other colleagues to find the car. Replacement car took an hour and to install the car seat. I want a 50% refund for the misconduct and misleading service provided not a similar car to the one I requested

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: ~€ 3365.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications.

E-Toll/Sunpass activation fee is 3.30 AUD per day.

Mileage policy
If the customer plans to drive a large number of miles, he/she must return to the local car rental office to inspect the vehicle before reaching 10000 km.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must be written in English alphabet.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
