Cons: The 1st car I take has "Car Service maintenance required". I had to change for another car as I'll be driving far. Agent told me the car was recently sent for maintenance. probably mechanic did not reset the maintenance notification. But after all process to change car is fast and efficient.

Pros: Overall, a good experience. The shuttle service was efficient, except that the pickup point at the airport mentioned in the confirmation email was incorrect. The pick-up and drop-off process was smooth. The car was almost new with less than 5,000 km on the clock.

Cons: The only thing to note is that the rental is limited to driving within a 500 km radius of Perth; otherwise, you have to pay extra.

Cons: I had taken out the full insurance cover with discover cars and when I went to collect the car the No Birds agent convinced me that although I had taken out the full cover it did not cover a list of items they had on their desk so I paid an extra 14$ a day for 22 days when I did not need to I wrote to No birds but their response was it is down to the hirer to read the agreement and therefore they would not refund the additional amount of insurance cover I paid for so I would not recommend them

Cons: Because I wanted to drive to Kalgoorlie (600km away), I needed to pay a supplement charge, as there was a restriction that the car should remain within 500km of the pickup location. The restriction was mentioned in the documentation, but only AFTER I has signed up, and even then in very small print. But even with this extra charge, the deal was still great value for money.

Cons: The only thing the phone number on my receipt was wrong so I just had to google to call them once I was at the airport.

Cons: The shuttle service was great, but in the confirmation booking,there was no directions on where and who would come to pick me up at the airport and at what time. That is definitely something that should be improved.
