Cons: The pick up location was away from the airport. Only 5 mins but it meant we missed our flight (our fault, not No Birds, but would have been avoided if it was closer to the airport)

Cons: For travellers that don't have a phone number, calling nowings ould have been difficult. Probably having the shuttle pickup point on the booking confirmation email would be great.

Also, the luggage cover in the boot was missing so our luggage was clearly visible - again we felt more at risk of potential break ins & theft. We felt less safe. Also, we were only advised of 500km max distance from Perth AFTER we booked the car.

Cons: Upon return, the guy was rude. The transfer service is average - only going to the airport every half hour, but pick ups are to order?? I had missed the airport transfer by 5mins and had to wait 25mins for the next. There was a driver available and no shuttle buses out (no other jobs besides mine) and traffic conditions were good as it was a very quite time of the day. So this was pretty annoying.
