Pros: Very responsive and ease of service

Cons: NA

We arrive early with our car and another shuttle bus was not available until 30 mins later - we explained to staff We had to be at the airport before then and they had someone straight away get a car and take us - was so appreciate of this.

Cons: Nil

Pros: Easy check in

Cons: The car wasn’t very clean

Pros: It was quick, easy and seamless at the pick up counter.

Cons: It wasn't the service that I didn't like, it was all the safety features of the car and the fact that some had been blocked from disabling. The cruise control feature didn't work and the lane guide control was not able to be switched off.

Pros: excellent all round and very helpful staff

Cons: nothing at all

Pros: The process was very simple and easy.

Cons: The staff were very friendly and professional.

Pros: Efficient overall. choice of car is more that enough

Cons: The 1st car I take has "Car Service maintenance required". I had to change for another car as I'll be driving far. Agent told me the car was recently sent for maintenance. probably mechanic did not reset the maintenance notification. But after all process to change car is fast and efficient.

Pros: Overall, a good experience. The shuttle service was efficient, except that the pickup point at the airport mentioned in the confirmation email was incorrect. The pick-up and drop-off process was smooth. The car was almost new with less than 5,000 km on the clock.

Cons: The only thing to note is that the rental is limited to driving within a 500 km radius of Perth; otherwise, you have to pay extra.

Cons: I had taken out the full insurance cover with discover cars and when I went to collect the car the No Birds agent convinced me that although I had taken out the full cover it did not cover a list of items they had on their desk so I paid an extra 14$ a day for 22 days when I did not need to I wrote to No birds but their response was it is down to the hirer to read the agreement and therefore they would not refund the additional amount of insurance cover I paid for so I would not recommend them

Pros: Fast, helpful service

Cons: n/a

Pros: Polite and efficient

Cons: Was not a fan of the Haval

Pros: The staff is friendly and helpful. I was a bit late for returning the car but they still wait for me. But not everyone can help in installing the baby seat.

Pros: once we arrived at No Birds office, service was quick and fuss free, as they already had all our booking info

Cons: Did not like the fact that: once we arrived in Perth, we had to make an IDD call for pick up. They must provide us a Watsapp number so we can watsapp call them on our data plan when we arrive

Cons: No user manual in the car

Pros: Very efficient, good operation and excellent value

Cons: Nothing, everything super

Pros: Reliable vehicle; good customer service

Cons: Had to take SUV; would have preferred smaller car especially for narrow country roads.

Pros: The lady who did the handover was very helpful. She explained that there was no need to wash car. Simply refill the fuel. There is a sticker on the dash that states a cleaning fee but that’s only if the car is returned filthy

Cons: Nothing we didn’t like

Pros: Everything perfect

Cons: Quick service

Pros: So easy when picking up and droping off.

Cons: Clean and prompt.

Pros: It was a hassle-free experience

Pros: Clean car, super easy return and bus to Perth Airport was excellent.

Cons: The pick up was painful.

Pros: Efficient airport collection & drop off, friendly & helpful counter staff

Cons: Other than a dirty inside windscreen (residue extremely awkward/dangerous driving off into the intense sunset) ..but we couldn't fully remove the residule, even after many attempts during rental period ..still waiting to hear all was ok on return (I thought all good) & security deposit yet to be reversed (?) ..otherwise we would use No Birds again, without hesitation.

Pros: Fast easy pick wand easy hire overall

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Easy reach of Perth Airport

Cons: Because I wanted to drive to Kalgoorlie (600km away), I needed to pay a supplement charge, as there was a restriction that the car should remain within 500km of the pickup location. The restriction was mentioned in the documentation, but only AFTER I has signed up, and even then in very small print. But even with this extra charge, the deal was still great value for money.

Pros: Shuttle from airport slow to respond had to ring 3 times

Cons: Did not show us the car and how to use GPS

Pros: So simple and easy. The bus to the airport was on time and easy

Pros: Have used them previously

Cons: Nothing, was excellent

Pros: prompt friendly service

Cons: large insurance excess

Pros: Improve the pickup process

Cons: We were taken to the wrong car rental company and has to made a made a switch. Confusion is that the caller said hop in to the yellow pickup van which we do not realising it is the wrong yellow van.

Pros: able to compare prices between providers

Pros: Point of picking up i said paid for 2 drivers and gps . However invoice did not have a breakdown so was unable to prove. At drop off I was told the security deposit info will be sent in 5 minutes . Nothing till now. Feels cheated.

Pros: Vehicle in excellent, clean condition. Easy, quick transaction. Little waiting time for shuttle.

Cons: No complaints.

Pros: They have a big selection of newish cars, close to Perth airport, provide pickup/dropoff, with very competitive rates. Excess insurance wasn't the dealbreaker @approx.$15/day.

Cons: Their requirement to have the car returned washed & cleaned, knowing that WA roads are festooned with bugs & mud. A $50 car wash fee might be fair.

Pros: Agent helpfulness and car condition is good.

Cons: Difficult to contact No Birds Team at arrival. Only local number was provided and no further instructions of where to wait and if shuttle is coming to pick you up. Customers with no line / local call facility cannot make the call for the pick up service. Make it easier for an arriving customer from a different country.

Pros: Very friendly staff and great customer service.

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Very easy going on the process

Pros: Their efficiency

Cons: Nothing except that when we first booked the vehicle, we had no way of contacting the agent to confirm any doubts that we had. We had to read blogs from other users to find out the procedure on how to collect the car.

Pros: Good value for money , prompt pickup from airport. New spotless vehicles and friendly helpful staff.

Cons: No complaints at all.

Pros: The car and rate were ideal.

Cons: Everything was good.

Pros: Process was pleasant both pick up and return

Cons: I did book for a 7 seaters Mitsubishi outlander. Was given vw tiguan 7 seats on the day. The lady assured me it was the same size. Well it is significantly smaller There was something wrong with android auto. I can't use it in the tiguan. Also during the rental period. The car key fob went flat. Lucky I was close by to drop the car and pick up a replacement key. Should have been checked prior to it was given to me

Pros: Price of the service

Cons: That you can not contact the provider through WhatsApp or any other kind of messaging app.

Pros: Will hire from nowhere else.

Pros: Hidden additional A$300 costs for traveling outside a small zone that was communicated at pickup. At time of booking through discover cars hidden supplier special this was not additional costs i was made aware of. Pros: Easy process

Cons: While I paid for childseat it was old and dirty (for both). I have to clean up before the kids sit on it. Deposit refund was pretty slow

Pros: Fast service, no funny additional cost and terms. Straight froward no fuss car rental. Car was in very good condition to my surprise.

Cons: Maybe going through agent instead of them directly may have some paper work issue as faced by another customer. Maybe No Bird must work with good creditable agent for good of their customer.

Pros: No birds were fantastic Discover cars, total rip off and mis leading I am going to fight for what I thought was a deposit I paid , turns out to be a booking fee, I could have gone to No birds direct and would be £75 Better off, going to take legal advise on this, totally mis leading on the unlimited mileage , I would say to anyone do not use discover cars

Pros: Competitive and peace of mind.

Cons: There is a little disconnect with the car provider. Seemed that they’re different to how I booked.

Pros: The car is in good condition and clean

Cons: As above. Paperwork should show +61 as start of number else it comes up an invalid number

Pros: Friendly, helpful

Pros: Easy and quick processing, friendly staff.

We had a very early morning flight, we had to pay for Uber to pick us up from the car rental drop off to the airport terminal which cost extra money that I didn't realize I had to pay.The airport terminal was quite far from the car rental drop off. Since we had an early morning flight, we had to pay for an Uber to take us from the car rental drop off to the airport terminal. I didn't realize that this would cost extra money.

Pros: The guy at the desk when we dropped the car back was professional and u distancing if our disappointment with the rental situation

Your website says no additional fees we had to pay a $14 per day damage waver and an additional $150 because we were driving to Exmouth. Your website is misleading and inaccurate when it comes to additional charges.

Pros: Overall great experience with this car rental company

Cons: N/A

Pros: Neither cleaning product or water in the winshield system

Cons: the full insurance coverage by discovers car is not as comprehensive as the front desk no birds provided - this create some uneasiness for me

Pros: My iPhone lightning cable not connect to the CarPlay through its USB connection.

Pros: Easy way to pick-up car and dropping off when finished. Bus to a d from airport is a very good service.

Cons: Holding on to the deposit for 2 to 5 working days after you return the car. They demand the deposit when you pick-up the car but will not refund it straight away when you return the car. This is not really acceptable when customers may need that money for other expenses.

Pros: Car condition clean

Cons: Time spent picking up the car, then there was a crack in the windscreen so we had to go back and get another car. The cars should be ready for pick up this would make it easier. Looks like I've also been charged a lot more than was originally quoted Someone has tried to take money from my account without my consent.

Pros: Free pick up

Pros: Delightful hybrid car supplied which was a joy to drive, even though I'd not driven one before. .

Cons: I think it would be useful to include a small booklet with some details of how to do certain common things e.g. set cruise control, setting headlights - on my car they automatically came on, but when you parked the car they remained on so a bit fiddly to work out how to turn them off manually as they didn't seem to turn off when you switched off the engine - assuming that was what I was supposed to do!

Pros: Easy pickup and drop off. Provided there was no major damage the car drop off was very straightforward.

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Great service. Quick and easy pick up and drop off. No fuss.

Cons: See above.

Pros: Very quick pick up and drop Off, no unexpected fees

Cons: Finding the shuttle bus to the car pick up isn’t obvious, it might help to be clearer on the initial booking and emails

Cons: No manuals to let you know what the symbols mean

Pros: The car was great. Clean and was in good order

Cons: I booked the car from discover cars. On arrival in Perth I rang the contact number. NOT CONNECTED. I eventually realized I had to contact No Birds or Bayswater Car rentals. Some up front detail of whom I am Hiring a car from would be reasonable. Poor details passed onto the car Hirer.

Pros: The hybrids are great zippy cars, just what we needed

Pros: Nice rental car, fairly new with only 15ks on the clock

Cons: The pick up was not that snappy. It was a very hot day and there was only one van at the pick up point and cannot fit everyone going to the car rental office. Had to wait at least another 20min under the hot sun for another van to come around

Pros: Quick and easy

Pros: Efficacité, rapidité et tarifs très avantageux La navette vers l'aéroport est un vrai plus Je recommande
