Cons: Despite taking 20 to 30 minutes to complete the puck up formalities, the return time wasn't extended, apparently because we'd booked through a 3rd party. Never heard this before and I rent a lot of vehicles.

Pros: They explained everything I wanted to know. Car was clean, well maintained and everything was OK. Car didn't need so much fuel, which was good for a wallet.

Cons: I had already booked full comprehensive insurance with discover cars but the guy at Simba was really pushing for me to take extra insurance with them. In the end I did because he said even if there was a scratch on the car it would cost me $6000! I will continue to use discover cars, but will do more research about the hire company in future

Cons: There was confusion about the car insurance and I purchased car insurance through them, even though I already had insurance with Direct Cars. So this cost me more money because they will not refund me.

The explaination of the from Simba was not professional and not according to the terms and condition.

Pros: Simba had only been operating in Melbourne for a fortnight, and all the cars were (near) new - so no current body defects to note before taking delivery of the car. Their depot was quite close to the airport, so the trip to and from the airport was quite quick.

Cons: Simba very very oriented to supplying their own expensive insurance, and were somewhat intolerant of the fact that DiscoverCars.com provided an third-party zero-excess insurance policy, and attempted to upsell their own insurance even though it was clear that I already had insurance coverage.
