Cons: They lied several times to me about the car, first saying I was getting a jeep and the guy was just out back washing it, and it was back, when he appeared it was a Nissan jeep with small boot, i said i need a car with boot space for 4 bags as per agreement, then a white jeep appeared from nowhere!, also on way back to airport via the shuttle driver he was driving at over 140km/hr, 40km/hr over speed limit!

Cons: I did not like the attendant, The car AC was defective, it makes noise, and one time it just stops working I had to travel with windows open, on the way back started worked again.

Cons: I was charged extra $30CAD by Routes Car rental. I would like to know why? There was no reason. I did not receive any feedback from Routes. I also want Routes to pay me back this amount ASAP.

Pros: Great price and vehicle

Cons: The pick up is off airport and required a shuttle service. Picking up the car it was confusing knowing where we were supposed to go. Dropping off was easy but staff were unorganized

Pros: They had a vehicle for me, thats about it.

Cons: Car had a low tire that i had to fill, windshield washer fluid was empty i had to fill it. It came with 1/3 tank of gas. So I spent an hour of my time and my own money before I could drive it. When we picked up the car, the office was crowded and dirty and several customers were upset that they didn’t have cars that were booked and were not given the type of car they requested. It did not make a good impression. And the office smelled like marijuana. I will never rent from here again.

Pros: they then gave me another 5 seater Jeep, 4) When I refused they gave me a 7 seat van (not as big as the Caravan) & which they HAD THE WHOLE TIME! 5) They ok'd for damages, but made no mention of gas tank, 6) I crammed my group in, drove off lot & right on hgwy 1/2mile - ran out of gas on 8 lanes expressway w intense cars/trucks coming down on us 80-90MPH - swerving around us the whole time - WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN BLOWN TO BITS! 7) I called Routes & screamed: "Emergency - out of gas & in midst...

Cons: of 90MPH trucks w group of kids" - Routes sats: "Read contract - it says empty" - hangs up phone on me. It took 911 to get us out.

Pros: Nothing worth mentioning. Would never rent again from Routes Car & Truck!

Cons: The pick-up service was awful as we had to wait over an hour to collect the car as it was not ready despite notifying of our arrival time. The agent was eating an avocado at her desk while attending to us despite the long wait times of other people also waiting to collect their cars. The car also had the oil change light on and they did not inform us whether this was safe to continuing driving or not.
