Cons: Lack of clear instructions for pick up at the Toronto airport. Lack of awareness for situations that are far from renters control, like flight delays.

Cons: Some employees, wasting my time driving across Toronto for no reason after a minor fender accident. The company had the police record with pictures and my report with pictures, I was told they had to come all the way back to the rental pick up location to have more pictures taken, and then it wasn’t even the proper address on the keychain for where I picked up the car, the proper address wasn’t even on the rental agreement. Thankfully I wasn’t trying to catch an airplane that day. Not happy.

Pros: They are always so quick and efficient. They want to get you in your car and going. They answer all questions and never try and upsell you on things you don't need. Shuttle drivers are friendly and always help you with your bag. I honestly appreciate the pickup/drop off at Viscount as its way less stressful. This is my second time renting from them and it won't be my last.

Cons: Nothing really, what some people might not like is there are little nicks and dings on the cars, but honestly you're in Toronto thats going to happen so that doesn't bother me in the slightest.

I would have appreciated being informed in advance about the unavailability of the car I reserved and being given options, rather than a different car without prior notice.

One of the tires in the car had hardly any treads, which I hadn’t noticed until that light came on. Also the oil light came on saying it needed maintenance but they told me that someone had just forgotten to reset it.

Rental price was extremely economical. If taking airport train to one stop at Viscount Station and taking their shuttle for car pickup and same when returning does not bother you much, I will highly recommend this car service. He found the old damage report, I saw the stacks he went through to find it. It was at least 6 months to a year old. I would not trust them again.

Cons: It wasn't straightforward to get to the rental company's off-airport location.

Cons: I originally had a mini van 7 seat then I upgraded to a 8 seat and there was an issue with the door was not opening (which was a safety issue) i then asked to go back to my original 7 seat and was told we do not have one so I was stuck with the broken 8 seat. I asked if I can get it for the same price as the 7 seat but was only given a $30 discount.
