Pros: Really happy with the swift dealing with the rental. I would recommend customers to contact the office as soon as you get through customs, because some delays can happen. Also, I would recommend the office to extend their working hours, as closing time of 22:00 is actually too early for flights coming late or delayed, which will certainly cause inconvenience.
Cons: The car had a bad windscreen wiper at the driver's side.
Pros: Great value no hidden fees, fast pickul and drop off
Pros: See my commentary
Cons: Nothing
Cons: Lack of clear instructions for pick up at the Toronto airport. Lack of awareness for situations that are far from renters control, like flight delays.
Pros: Many of the people
Cons: Some employees, wasting my time driving across Toronto for no reason after a minor fender accident. The company had the police record with pictures and my report with pictures, I was told they had to come all the way back to the rental pick up location to have more pictures taken, and then it wasn’t even the proper address on the keychain for where I picked up the car, the proper address wasn’t even on the rental agreement. Thankfully I wasn’t trying to catch an airplane that day. Not happy.
