Cons: Had a change in flight schedule. I had to coordinate with 3rd party reservations and car rental.. car rental made me do their work of working to consolidate the change. Car rental employees don't pick up their phones and can't speak english.. it's pretty much a scam. It was like bartering with a salesman at a spice market. I rated 5 on categories i cant rate because I never got my car and I had to rate something to post review

Pros: Not much, the drop off was quick and easy

Cons: I was under the assumption that insurance was included in the purchase but was not so when I got to the rental office ( which was like a hole in the wall) I had to pay for their insurance which ended up being more than the cost of the rental. Will not be using them again

Pros: I had communicated and uploaded my drivers license and other documents, informing my flight was delayed by 3 hours and by the time I reached the pickup place was closed, and I couldn't pickup the car . The York Car Rental from whom I finally picked up next morning after waiting for 30 to 45 minutes.

Cons: On the website it said airport pickup and it was not from airport, 7 to 8 km away from Toronto Airport. When I called the number next day morning before picking up the car the person who answered the phone said they have offices only in USA and not in Toronto and said he can't help me.

Pros: No rental desk, no staff and no cars even if you let them know your flight is delayed for an hour. They cannot wait for you and you don't have anybody where to find their desk or staff. Nobody answers your calls except the one from other states and they will take your reservation, No refunds from ni service they provide.

Cons: When got to the counter they tacked on rental insurance for $40 per day. First car I received smelled like cigarettes and was very dirty, had to go back and replace it for another one.
