It was far from the counter. It took us 30 frustrating minutes, till we approached a Hertz supporting person, who was willing to come to the car and show us.
Pros: The customer service rep who assisted me when I turned in the vehicle was helpful - informing me that the vehicle was returned in good order with no damages and a full tank - and that he would return our deposit immediately.

Also - when we returned the vehicle - they verbally noted that the tank was returned full and there were do damages to the vehicle - They said they would return our deposit immediately - and I saw that the return was pending - but now it is no longer visible in my bank account - and we have not received repayment of our deposit - The whole payment process is unclear.

Pros: We were provided with a car with a damaged wheel, which we weren't aware of could have caused a potentially fatal accident. After having it pointed out by my brother, we called the rental company and it was confirmed by the towing company, that the car was never fit to be on the road!! It was towed right away but still waiting on correspondence from the provider days later. Called several times and asked at the service desk but deposit is still being held and no further information available!

Cons: The reserved amount was very big There was a sign of a problem with the tire pressure. Upon receiving the car, I did not find anyone to treat it due to the lack of a car delivery employee. However, I found a volunteer from another car rental company.

I had to spent the day and come to airport just to rent for another day from a different company. It use to be better but i did not like this at all.

He was very nice ,apologetic and assured me my next rental scheduled for December would be the car I had requested not upgraded to something I would not be comfortable driving.

Knowing nothing about the type of car I was driving and finding no instructions for it in the car made driving very unsafe for me, kept thinking car had died at intersections and couldn’t restart engine since the motor did not catch until a man told me I was driving a car with electric start . I could only operate turn signals,lights and windshield wipers could not figure out radio, GPS ect.

Pros: 24 hours after pick up ( we were in Tiefenbach in Oberstdorf), the car lost its power steering. It was not fit for purpose. OK Mobility did nothing to help us. A letter has been delivered to the OK Mobility Manager at Munich Airport and a copy of this letter will be posted to the CEO of Discover Cars upon my return to Australia I have a receipt for the letter in which I request compensation for a ruined holiday.

Cons: We got a flat tire and there was no spare in the car. There should be a spare, we would have changed the tire and been on our way. Instead it took the better part of a day to get towed to a shop and get the tire replaced. Valuable vacation time wasted if only there was a spare.

I was there 24 hours later and my booking was not held. Our flights back were cancelled and after calling OK mobility they insisted that we had to travel back to Munich airport to extend the car rental. This would have been a six hour round trip so unacceptable. However we didn’t do that and luckily the rep at Munich airport was very helpful and able to extend our booking on return of the car.

Since there is only one phone number on the rental information, we would have been charged international rates to call and try to resolve the issue. Pros: The car was fine. A repair light was on from the moment we picked ot up. Apparently, it needed periodic service months ago, which was ignored.
Cons: The drop off was horiffic. All companies just leave thousands of cars in same spot. We were rushed to move on. Some items (important) probably dropped in the car, and we had no time to check properly. Later, there was no one to talk to! I spent hours on the phone, some far away service. I was charged a further 290+€ after having paid £40 odd to discover cars when I booked in March, and there is another payment pending from my account for £85 with no communication to say what this is for.. Atrocious conduct by Ok Mobility praying on tired vulnerable clients .
