Pros: There was a strange noise coming from the car. Maybe it is because of the tires. The noise was higher when it speeds up. Other than that it was good.

They kept my deposit of ~$1450 USD for potential damages for that period as well, I consider that unacceptable.

Also - when we returned the vehicle - they verbally noted that the tank was returned full and there were do damages to the vehicle - They said they would return our deposit immediately - and I saw that the return was pending - but now it is no longer visible in my bank account - and we have not received repayment of our deposit - The whole payment process is unclear.

Pros: We were provided with a car with a damaged wheel, which we weren't aware of could have caused a potentially fatal accident. After having it pointed out by my brother, we called the rental company and it was confirmed by the towing company, that the car was never fit to be on the road!! It was towed right away but still waiting on correspondence from the provider days later. Called several times and asked at the service desk but deposit is still being held and no further information available!

Cons: The reserved amount was very big There was a sign of a problem with the tire pressure. Upon receiving the car, I did not find anyone to treat it due to the lack of a car delivery employee. However, I found a volunteer from another car rental company.

A letter has been delivered to the OK Mobility Manager at Munich Airport and a copy of this letter will be posted to the CEO of Discover Cars upon my return to Australia I have a receipt for the letter in which I request compensation for a ruined holiday.

This would have been a six hour round trip so unacceptable. However we didn’t do that and luckily the rep at Munich airport was very helpful and able to extend our booking on return of the car.

Pros: The agent at the desk was very friendly and clear. The car we got was new and clean and had a lot of extra equipment that we didn't count on.

Cons: Car was not in the designated spot for pick up. Car was dirty inside. Long line of customers and 2 desks were no representative working. Did not even apologize for all the inconvenience and long waiting time. Second rep.(female) was rude.

Cons: They sent me at the garage and none was there to give me the car, so i was looking for it myself. Afterwards none was there to explain me how it works (lights, wippers etc) When i went for drop off i asked the office agent where to drop it off and he explained but it was very difficult to find it. If they provided map with the location would be better than nothing.

Pros: The only thing I didn't like it was that the car had summer tires. I mean driving on summer tires in December with snowing outside is kinda not fun.Thanks God nothing happened but still they need to check that.

Cons: The low oil warning came in about 1 hour after picking up the car and we had to spend our own money to buy oil since there was no OK Mobility location nearby. Since there is only one phone number on the rental information, we would have been charged international rates to call and try to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to go back to the desk when returning the car, so we weren't even able to tell anyone.

Cons: Your system for checking in online while standing in line was highly disappointing. Three times I tried to enter all the requested information while waiting for the one party ahead of me. Ironically, the fact that it took so long for anyone party to finish the paperwork gave me plenty of chance to try to do the online paperwork, unfortunately, however, to no avail. When it was my turn to speak with the representative, she indicated somehow that she could see why my attempts had been fruitless.

Pros: I liked that the desk was located with the other major rental car companies. Easy to find.

Cons: The people manning the desk kept helping people who cut in line instead of making them wait. This easily added 30 minutes on to our wait time. Very annoying. Also, the car had a scratch on it that was pretty obvious when they told me there was no damage. I took video and photos, but it felt a little questionable that they didn't see it.

Pros: Wanted to block $1300 on our credit card which would have ruined our long holiday! Alternative was to take out expensive insurance making the car rental uncompetitive. BEWARE!
