Pros: Efficient

Cons: The wait was a bit long at pick up.

Pros: Horrible experience. Rental was confusing. Never got a clear answer on third party liability. Car was a dud. Cruise control did not work, nav pack with radio was working, not working and Europcar not helpful in resolving the problem.

Pros: The agent was knowledgeable and professional, and was able to match me with a car that met my needs.

Cons: Agent was excellent and suggested a car with snow tires and AWD since I was going through the mountains on a ski trip.

Pros: I had multiple reservations. The cheapest one apparently timed out (flight arrival late), which made us have to take the next cheaper one. Not sure why the originally booked one would time out. Kind of out of our control?!

Pros: The assistant at Munich was brilliant Given the circumstances. The car was clean.

Cons: . However at 10.30 pm at night after booking the car a month in advance we had to wait in line with one customer service assistant for over an hour. An incident had occurred at the airport the day before which meant many people booking cars last minute however some sort of ‘skip the line’ or even acknowledgement , or even more staff would have made our experience much more pleasant. The last minute car rentals were all put in ahead of us.

Pros: Europcar provided poor service and an even worse experience. There was an attempt to scare me about car insurance that was not done through them. After returning the car, the representative went over and inspected the car with a flashlight and a ruler to find defects. Really insulting and degrading.

Pros: Everything was perfect.

Cons: The car indicated oil was needed an hour into our trip. We had to take the time to find and take the car to a vw dealership to topoff the oild, pay for it and submit a claim for re-imbursment. Not what I thought i would need to do with a new rental car.

Cons: Carpets in footwell were ripped with big holes in them. Fitted winter tyres made a terrible noise for the duration of the hire.Tried to swap the vehicle but was offered an inconvenient time and location to do so.

Cons: Instead of standard SUV Kodiaq, I got intermediate SUV Tiguan. When you go snowboarding with your stuff it matters.

Cons: They always try to sell you something you didn't reserve and therefore confuse the pricing. Car was not that clean and didn't have all the features I was told to expect.

I asked him for a diesel car and he gave me a gasoline car and cheated me and did not give me the car I wanted. I went back to him and told him you gave me a gasoline car and I do not want it. Pros: Great customer service, wonderful car upgrade

Cons: My scheduled pick up time was 8am. I arrived at 7:30 and was told the car wasn’t ready yet. (No problem, I was worried about finding it on time). What they didn’t tell me was that I needed to make sure I was there in time to put my name on the waitlist. I got back at 7:50 and there were appx 15 people in front of me causing the pick up time to be like 8:45am. Quite annoying, but luckily I didn’t have a deadline.

Cons: the high pressure upsell to spend twice as much as the rental we booked.

Cons: Lady at desk was not friendly. We were forced to by extra insurance, the deposit what we were paid to you 90 euros but they said that we have paid only 30 euros.

Cons: the price offered by you was different from the price when we get to the rental desk which caused some disconfort but the rental agent sorted out

Cons: They overcharged me and they never got back to me after I inquired about the additional charges. They also did not mention getting a toll pass even after I mentioned the countries I was visiting.

Cons: I felt misled about the ad. Also, when returning the car the agent let all the other returns go but singled me out and tried to claim existing damage to a tire was my fault. I felt he was trying to bully me, since I was from USA and wouldn't know the difference.

Cons: Did not get the car I reserved for which I apparentally just paid 200 dollars not included in rental fee. Representative was asking for an international drivers license when Canadians dont need a drivers license.

Cons: Rental staff service poor including rude supervisor. No information or training on how to use car eg hybrid model. GPS disfunctional and so personal cell phone had to be used for navigating at great expense in roaming charges .

Cons: The man at vienna airport return was rude and didnt want to answer my question . And lastly- they charged me more then agreed! The car wasnt serviced on time! Lack of oil ( which i had to re-route to fix , and paid for A massage for overdue brake pads that need to be replaced! This is not safe to provide car like this Back seat seatbelts wasn’t functional! When i had to emergency stop my child crashed on my seat !!!! Very disappointing experience!! I will make further action on this one

Cons: Felt that they upsold us to a car which was significantly more expensive for the automatic transmission. That car was HUGE and did not have a back up camera. Eurocar representative also did not offer us the ability to rent a toll box for Italy even though we told them we were going to Italy.

Pros: The service people at the airport were great, the people downtown were not. They gave our vehicle to someone else, we had to take a temporary car to the airport to get a vehicle big enough. This happened even though I called to advise we would be late

Cons: That gave our vehicle away,.I called to get the pick up changed to the airport, I was told they didn't have what we needed. Downtown gave our vehicle away and we ended up going downtown wasting a whole vacation day doing this we should get at least a full day refund

Cons: No explanation about parking and the blue parking wheel supplied with the car. Was a bit upset about the one way rental fee when they gave us a Switzerland registered car to take back to their Switzerland depot and I paid for the privilege, other companies have waived that fee for me before when the vehicle is being returned to a depot of registration.

Cons: The car service was quick and amazing, we just have minor feedback: 1) There was an error of car tire pressure and they said in car parking there is security if there is anything let them know, I didn’t found anyone there 2) it would be even better if you can provide navigator with the car.

No support and no help when I couldn’t get the car I booked because it is of not same category and Europe car asked me to reach out to you and no one answered nor bothered to provide support .... complete scam and I have reported that to my credit card provider

Cons: I had to wait 3 hours at car pick up to get my car. There were 40+ people ahead of me. Even though I had an online reservation. The representative was laughing and several of us for explaining our frustrations and asking why it was taking so long. Also the car I choose and paid for (VW Golf) wasn’t available so they gave me a junky Skoda Octavia. The engine was very weak and terrible for the snow I encountered in Austria. I am not inclined to use this service again.

Cons: Long time spent at rental desk in Munich before we could get the car. I don't mean waiting in line, just the time it took with the rental car agent
