Pros: Very cheerful and helpful guy at the desk that helped us by providing us a bigger car since we had so much luggage.
Cons: Waiting 45 minutes in line was annoying and always someone in priority line served before us. To few staff to service!
Pros: Easy process was given car upgrade at counter
Cons: No explanation about parking and the blue parking wheel supplied with the car. Was a bit upset about the one way rental fee when they gave us a Switzerland registered car to take back to their Switzerland depot and I paid for the privilege, other companies have waived that fee for me before when the vehicle is being returned to a depot of registration.

Cons: When the car broke down, impossible to contact to report breakdown resulting another branch (BLED) to supply alternative car, but at a cost of new contract exceeding the Munich contract.

Cons: The car service was quick and amazing, we just have minor feedback: 1) There was an error of car tire pressure and they said in car parking there is security if there is anything let them know, I didn’t found anyone there 2) it would be even better if you can provide navigator with the car.
Cons: It’s not Europe car it’s discover cars !!! No support and no help when I couldn’t get the car I booked because it is of not same category and Europe car asked me to reach out to you and no one answered nor bothered to provide support .... complete scam and I have reported that to my credit card provider
Pros: The rental agent was very helpful and kind.
Cons: Took30 min.waiting to see the agent . There was no one at the place where the car was. Had to find it myself. Was not told I would have to add oil to the tank.

Cons: I had to wait 3 hours at car pick up to get my car. There were 40+ people ahead of me. Even though I had an online reservation. The representative was laughing and several of us for explaining our frustrations and asking why it was taking so long. Also the car I choose and paid for (VW Golf) wasn’t available so they gave me a junky Skoda Octavia. The engine was very weak and terrible for the snow I encountered in Austria. I am not inclined to use this service again.
Cons: Long time spent at rental desk in Munich before we could get the car. I don't mean waiting in line, just the time it took with the rental car agent

Minimum rental age is 21 years for car group Standard, Intermediate, Fullsize.
Minimum rental age is 25 years for car group Luxury, Premium, Special.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
For vehicles in groups Economy, Compact, Mini, Economy Elite, Compact Elite a driver license issued at least 1 years ago is required.
For vehicles in groups Standard, Luxury, Intermediate, Premium, Fullsize, SUVs, Cabrios, Special a driver license issued at least 3 years ago is required. Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
An International Driving Permit is required (in addition to your regular driver license) if the national driver license is not written in the following language(s): English. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license. In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill), Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Payments with the following payment method(s): Cash are accepted only for the following car group(s): Economy, Compact, Mini, Standard, Fullsize.
Debit cards, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
During winter season (from 01.11 until 31.03) Winter tires are included in price.
Additional charges will be applied.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
