Pros: The car overall was good, a new Corsa, can't complain
Cons: The check out agent said, that i can pay with a different card by drop off, but obviously the agent at the drop off point couldn't manage the switch

Cons: I received Jeep Rene 4xe instead of opel crosslander. Probably same range but the back space is small. Hardly took two medium luggage. We had to put the third one on front seat. Vehicle is good in general but quite weak for mountain slopes. The child seat we received was useless. It has no seat belt and 90 degrees back. Our child could not sleep and it was not safe at all.

Cons: The man did not seem to take into account our trip and all discussed with him when giving us the car. I didn't even know that 1.0L motors were still used and it was the most basic old cars I have ever seen, considering we did not get the cheapest car available either!
Pros: Car return was easy
Cons: The car was FULL of scratches even though we were told it was in perfect condition. There were NO rear windows or air-conditioning in the car! The agent tried to squeeze as much money from us as possible. The agent was not easily understood in English. Apparently the insurance we bought was with discoverhire and not with buchbinder who wanted more money!
Pros: The agent was very nice and polite, he gave us complete information and instructions. The dropping off the car was extraordinary: easy, short and very well organized.

Cons: There was no parking ticket in the car which caused us delay at the pick up. They charged us for winter tires which I thought was included in the price in your website. Also changed us double for POA because the car was booked through Discover car hire.

Cons: Agent was not aware of rental agreement terms. Tried to charge for extra driver until shown agreement. Agent claimed customer late for pick up and car not available (Had to take upgraded vehicle at additional 90 Euro),. Charged for winter tyres (25.20 Euros) even though included in contract. Final cost went from 170 Euro to 277.10 Euro.

Cons: Q-ing system while waiting to be serviced not very clear.

Cons: It wasn't clear that the reservation I'd made required a credit card. I only had a debit card and therefore ended up paying for a different option which was considerably more than I had reserved. Reading through the terms and conditions it is not even clear that this should be the case.

Cons: Well first off when I made reservation though u guys it needed a prepayment of 49.31 which I immediately paypal'd to you...said I was all set, great!....paypal went through ok on my end, but apparently not on your end????have no idea why??....then, within 30 minutes I get an email saying I had not paid the 49.31?????said reservation can not be confirmed until payment??????so like a dummy I hit the pay now key in that email and put it on my credit card....stupid me....within 30 minutes I get 2nd
Cons: Specific instruction should be given for the dropping off procedure in order an agent to deliver the car and sign on the delivering document that everything is OK.

Cons: Aggressive agent, not the car I wanted, absurd daily price for snow chains, lineup of 40 minutes !!! to return car
Pros: The van seemed very new and had a lot of sensors
Cons: The van was not in the parking spot, I had to ask a mechanic (who spoke no English) where it was. After 15 minutes he figured out it was in some other section of the garage (basement... I'm guessing it was still to be cleaned and 'ad blue' and maybe repaired (the passenger rear-wheel-fender was damaged)).
Cons: we arrived 90 minutes early for our rental and couldn't pickup our car without paying for an extra day. In the USA if you arrive early or are a little late, they adjust the start and finish times.
Pros: The ease of booking the rental car via internet.
Cons: As this was the first time we had been to Germany, we were totally unfamiliar about certain things such as various stickers needed to travel into other countries. The agent wasn't as explicit as I thought she should have been. Also, since neither of us speak a word of German, it would have been nice to have the vehicle manual be in not only German but English.
Pros: Quick turn around at collection
Cons: Disaster returning the car, no rep available to meet us so had to leave car with keys in ignition. Also deposit of €250 only taken from card the day after I returned it and I have been told I will have to wait 3-9 working days to get it back.
