Pros: Explained everything well and made sure we got a vehicle that would best suit our needs.

Cons: The specifics of the drop off point prior to drop off were a bit vague but we did figure it out and then it was simple.

Cons: I had a very disappointing experience with the staff at Keddy, particularly at Munich Airport. • The employees were extremely unprofessional and rude, which made the entire process stressful. • When I asked what I should do and who I should contact in case of an accident, one female employee simply replied that she did not know. • When I inquired about the make of my car, I received a mocking response such as, “Do you want a Porsche?” • I had to wait for nearly an hour before being attended

Pros: bad service. has no office in the airport has no signal board. Europe car said insurance paid is not valid for our. gps garmin is already available Europe car said keddy took your money for gps which is inside the car . I said give me back they said go and refer to keddy which has no office they are under a blanket of Europe car

Cons: Europcar did not hold the reservation even though our flight was delayed and I messaged them letting them know and kindly requesting they extend the hold - they had our flight number and it was circumstances out of our control. Then they offered to get us a much smaller car for double the price of the minivan we had reserved months ago. We ended up renting a different day from another branch of Europcar for an SUV. But that Europcar lied after about a scratch that I have photo evidence against.

Cons: I have not received, as yet, my deposit on the rental. I assume I will, which I would then give a rating of 8. My only complaint is trivial, but the steering on the rental car was too aggressive when crossing lanes. The car was a Scoda and for this reason would not rent it again.

Cons: Would have been great if it wasn’t the wrong category of car and very unhelpful service from the people there. This experience cost me over $1000 extra as I had to go to a different company for the right category of car.

Cons: No sign for the agency (part of Europcar, evidently), the type of car we reserved was not available, and the agent was unhelpful and tried to add unnecessary charges.

Cons: I was told my selected car was unavailable, and persuaded to upgrade. I had to because I would have been given a bad car otherwise. I have just now returned my car at the Munich Airport while I was told that there was a new damage. However, this damage isn’t done by me. I took two other pictures showing that there was already a damage on the location when picked up. I don’t know if the car company would accept that I had already purchased a full coverage from discovercars.com.

Cons: The vehicle was two years old with many kilometers (75,000) and many rejects. We got it with a little coolant in the engine

Pros: The staff were friendly. The price was decent.

Cons: The provided us with a hybrid car. The car as such was fine but it was useless to have a hybrid car because we had no chance of pluging it in. I suspect not many people who rent a car have the opportunity or interest in pluging it in.

Cons: Keddy name not visible at rental desk, instead having to look for Europcar. Winter tires expected during winter time, as mandatory in Germany in certain weather conditions.

Cons: I didn't like two things and I need your help 1. They charged me more than what was agreed upon in the order 2. The reverse sensors didn't work and the car stopped me automatically every time I went backwards and it made it very difficult for me

Cons: Picking up the car was a disaster while Keddy haven't documented at all the three (3) failures we noticed and documented on the paper - but the service agent didn't documented the failures on the Keddy service system; that issue we faced again when dropping the car.

Cons: There was insufficient disclosure of the charges. We had a shock when there was a premium location charge which was 25% of the bill

Cons: Very slow to make the rental car available. Stood at the counter for nearly an hour to wait for the car keys to be available.

Cons: Couldn't confirm if the car could be taken a cross the border into Austria. Which is ridiculous as that should have been easily confirmed before car pick-up. It meant I had a nervous wait at car pick-up. What would I have done if they had said NO in Germany? Also I paid for an A Class Mercedes, but no premium car was available to me.

Cons: Keddy rental desk was difficult to find (actually keddy sign is not showed anywhere in the area). Car rental agent gave me the wrong parking number and I spent a lot of time waiting for an agent in the park to help me (there were only 2 agents and many clients) and when I asked them, they were not helpful. I had to come back to the airport desk to be given the correct parking number and right directions.
