Pros: Fast service pick up and drop off

Cons: Tried emailing them since Jessica mentioned that there was no telephone line to call. No reply from them. Wanted to reconfirm about the booking period. Ended up dropping off the car much earlier and had to make another trip to the airport to catch a flight. They said they will reply emails immediately but no replies ever since.

Cons: We ordered 3 child seats for 9-18kg, ended up getting zero, they just didn't have those and tried to give us 2 seats that are suitable for older kids and trying to convince us to just buy seats ourselves on a Sunday when everything's closed

Cons: We reserved an Audi and were given a low quality VW. It burned oil which we had to add a quart and it had no back up camera. It was not easy to drive and overall just not a very nice car.

Cons: When we left the rental desk to pick up the car they were unclear where to pick it up and it was very far to walk. We had a couple people in our party that had mobility issues and they said we couldn't drive back up to pick them up after we got the car.

Cons: I have been charged 36 euros for an upgrade I have not received. I had to pay a premium location fee of 58 euros. That should be part of the rate when I clearly have specified munich airport in the first instance. This is deceitful either on your part or theirs. have also had to pay 56 euros for VAT which should also be part of your rate and again that is misleading.

Pros: Great value, nice car, no nitpicking of wear and tear.

Cons: I would have liked a little over view of the vehicle since it's a model not used in the US and things are a little different. It would also be very helpful for them to provide a bit of info about parking signs, tips for driving there, etc. There was a parking meter sign in the driver's door that I didn't know how to use. I looked online for information, but something consolidated from Enterprise would be really helpful.

Pros: We had to wait over 20 mins in the car rental queue..but it was past 7.30 at night and there was only 1 person at the desk and approx 5 separate families waiting for their cars. But when we were served the gentleman was amazing. So efficient, gave us every detail we could have needed; Vignette for Austria, speed limits, emergency numbers, his number, email addressed- the list goes on and on.
