Pros: Friendly staff. Although it didn’t affect me I did note a big mix up on my arrival where customers had to wait for over 20mins for their shuttle service. The $15/day or so for ‘acceptable’ insurance (without this you pay at least $1k per car involved in an accident, regardless to fault) feels a bit crooky. I was fine without this, but make it more affordable like $5 a day and I’d be ok.

Cons: Price seemed decent. Staff friendly. Car was good!

Pros: Ease of pick up and drop off. The male staff member we dealt with at NoBirds Kewdale, Sydney, was friendly, informative and professional. We got upgraded to a better car, which was very new and spotlessly clean.

Cons: The wing mirrors were dirty where that hadn’t been wiped off. The washer bottle wasn’t full and ran out quite quickly

Pros: It was a fairly quick pick up from the airport to car and quick checkout once we arrived at facility

Cons: The drive to and from the airport was like an F1 encounter. Pleasant drivers just a bit hairy driving. No need for the navigation as it is in the car so didn’t understand why this would be extra. Windows very dirty in inside we had to stop and clean them.

Pros: Extremely reasonable rental charges

Cons: The MG SUV was the most basic model, I imagine, on the market if not specifically produced for No Birds. Not very impressed. Was the most basic no frills lowest power vehicle we have ever rented. However it was adequate and served our purposes. I suppose you get what you pay for and that is how they have beaten the opposition on rental charge. I was however surprised.

Cons: I had trouble with my card payment as could not validate it with my card provider. I felt the representative was not very helpful with any solutions, had to change the name to use a different card. Was unaware I could do this

Cons: I was not provided with the car I requested The car provided, an MG ZS is probably the worst car I have ever had the misfortune to drive. High fuel consumption Very high road noise Complete mismatch of the gearbox/engine programming No cover over the luggage area Battery went flat for no apparent reason.
