Pros: The assistance provided to manage the flat tyre on the road
Cons: National rented a VAN for 9 people with some cracks in the tire. During the drop-off procedures the receptionist adviced me that it was necessary to change the tyre and charge me the cost. Fortunately I had a photo that proved the cracks were in place before my usage, then I complained the risky situation for all the people on board during the trip. Suddenly the receptionist said that it was no longer necessary to change the tyre, very different compared with the previous assessment.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 2010.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium location fee, Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Rate excludes
The Airport Surcharge applies in all airport locations. The following surcharges may apply: congestion fee.

For local renters, unlimited mileage is not offered.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
