Cons: National rented a VAN for 9 people with some cracks in the tire. During the drop-off procedures the receptionist adviced me that it was necessary to change the tyre and charge me the cost. Fortunately I had a photo that proved the cracks were in place before my usage, then I complained the risky situation for all the people on board during the trip. Suddenly the receptionist said that it was no longer necessary to change the tyre, very different compared with the previous assessment.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
The International Driving permit must be a physical one; a digital version will not be accepted.

For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license. If the customer is late for a return for more than 29 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
