Pros: Was the nicest rental car I've had in recent memory. The Enterprise staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. Atif checked my rental back in. He was attentive, clearly communicated & quick. 10/10 would rent from Enterprise EDI again!

Pros: Before I retired, I was executive assistant for an international company and was in charge of travel arrangements, including auto rental contracts. Over the years, we tried different auto rental companies and found that enterprise was by far the easiest, most efficient by all of our executives. I have also found this to be true as an individual.

Cons: The agents when we picked up the car were extremely helpful in getting us permission voucher to ride on the ferry from England to Ireland. Customer service phone was extremely efficient and getting additional information, and the agents at the drop off point were also extremely efficient in extending our auto rental for another week. It was so painless I practically enjoyed it.

Pros: The check-in/out process was great. I can't remember who helped us originally get settled, she was patient in answering all of our questions, didn't overly push us to buy anything extra that we did not need, and offered much-appreciated advice about driving in Scotland. Our car drop-off experience was just as great! Dan helped us get sorted efficiently and made sure we understood how the end process worked. Service overall was friendly, supportive, and fast!

Cons: Since we arrived so early, we didn't realize there wouldn't be anyone inside the Car Rental Centre and it took a bit for me and other customers to figure out that we needed to go to the outside rental desk but other than that, everything was great!

Pros: The 2 young men that assisted us on pickup and drop off were both excellent. I believe pick up was Colin, and drop off was Aeif.

Cons: It got a 10/10 from us! We had a fabulous trip. Watching videos and highway rules ahead of time really helped driving on left side. Wore a glove on left hand while driving as well.

Pros: Drop off was quick and easy.

Cons: Pick up too almost an hour awaiting people to return cars. Didn’t get the model I wanted. Was Upgraded to much bigger car that I didn’t really want and it was a diesel, which I didn’t really want. The TPMS light was on and I had to add three pounds at the first service center. Three days lat the addBlue light came on with a warning about how many miles were left before the car wouldn’t start any more. Had to ask what that was all about at another service center.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1815.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium location fee, Road tax, VAT (value added tax).
Rate excludes
The following surcharges may apply: congestion fee. The Airport Surcharge applies in all airport locations.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 25 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
UK residents that hold a non-UK licence may drive in the UK for up to 12 months from the time they become a resident. After 12 months, the overseas licence will be deemed illegal in the UK and it must be exchanged for the UK equivalent.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, domestic renters must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, additional ID showing home address (e.g. Utility bill), proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill), ID with photo. In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, flight information.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.

Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
The grace period will be honored only during business hours.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 0 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 29 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
