Pros: Everyone at Alamo was very nice and they took their time to explain everything of the rental contract in detail, which is very nice to have.
Cons: The condition of the car was marked with the information (Perfekt/without any damage). The car was not perfectly cleaned. There were some stains in the car, like on the rear seats and the floor mats in the front. I mean, it was ok, but could have been better. The main problem was the many dents and scratches around the car with I have noticed be just walking around the car and the wiper blades which definitely have seen better day (they were loud and don’t wipe water very well.

Cons: It took about 45 minutes standing in line in order to get to the counter to transact my rental. Having said that, there were six or seven employees working to fulfill customers rental requirements. It was just a busy time.
Pros: The service and the car were amazing. The staff (Katie and Robbie) were very nice and professional. The car new and in perfect condition. Both pick up and drop off smooth and fast. Definitely recommend, next time I will be using them again!

Rental Conditions

A Young driver fee is not applied.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
UK residents that hold a non-UK licence may drive in the UK for up to 12 months from the time they become a resident. After 12 months, the overseas licence will be deemed illegal in the UK and it must be exchanged for the UK equivalent.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.
In order to pick up the car, domestic renters must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, additional ID showing home address (e.g. Utility bill), proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill), ID with photo. In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, flight information.

Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 29 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
