Pros: Quick pick up Service of staff

Pros: Alamo’s staff and selection of cars were great.
Cons: I had to wait quite a while, about 1.5-2 hours, so collect my car. I think because it was the week before a bank holiday weekend maybe? The staff were great though, poor things were trying so hard, there were just too many people and it wasn’t ideal the company put them in that position.

Pros: Everything went very well and your receptionist was very nice and not in a "plastic" or untrue way which I definitely do not fancy at all.

Pros: Paid for a small car but felt like I was given more than what I paid for. Selected vauxhal corsa or similar, but was given Seat Arona. A fuel efficient car, 2600km with only £210 used for fuel purchase.

Cons: Car had a fault which meant the auto-off at idle did not work. There was also a rattle in the back which we could not find. The drop-off in Russell Square London was a nightmare to find.

Cons: They deducted fees from my security deposit even though the final check was done and the assistant said it was fine and he released the whole amount back I received 50 euro less and no one at Alamo has contacted me back after calling them

BY THE MANAGER AS TOTAL COST I WAS TOLD BY LADY WHEN I RANG THAT SALES ASSISTANT HAD MADE MISTAKE (NOT MY MISTAKE) AND I OWED MONEY. I HAVE PAID ABOVE PRICE TO KEEP CAR EXTRA WEEK I AM AFRAID OF STAFF BULLYING TACTICS HELP

Cons: Duplication at desk inside the terminal and then at the desk outside.

Cons: Having paid for car hire at the desk When collecting the key and the car I did not expect to be told any damage would cost me 1200 pounds and I could pay another 300 pounds for extra insurance. People collecting cars have just come off an aeroplane, tired but anticipating their holiday, wishing to be away, not being told how much more they will be charged for any possible damage - this on for a car with 36000+ miles on the clock.
